Summary

The T800 is the most expensive and most industry-oriented model in EngineAI Robotics' portfolio - unveiled in 2025, on sale since June 2026, 173 cm tall and priced at $40,500 according to Wikipedia, or about 156,986 PLN (≈ EUR 35,910) at the NBP rate of 1 October 2026; that valuation, however, has not been verified directly with the manufacturer.

That is more than three times the price of the same company's PM01 ($12,000), which reflects a different purpose: the T800 is aimed at production deployments, not education. Its strongest selling point is manufacturing capacity: EngineAI's new factory in Shenzhen, of about 129,000 square feet, is able to build one humanoid roughly every 15 minutes, which signals a readiness for industrial scale that is rare among Chinese humanoid makers.

Against the SE01 (170 cm, 32 DOF, no price), the T800 is more expensive and better documented on price, but less well described technically. Availability in Poland is not confirmed. The model is of interest to manufacturing companies and integrators tracking Chinese suppliers of industrial humanoids, and definitely not to individual or educational customers.

Price and availability in Poland

Running and deployment costs

Purchase price: about $40,500, or 156,986 PLN (≈ EUR 35,910) at the 3.8762 rate of October 1, 2026. The amount comes from Wikipedia; we have not directly verified the primary source. Treat it as an indicative price.

Additional costs, as rough estimates: shipping and customs duty from China (a few percent of the value), 23% VAT (deductible for a business), integration with the workstation, guards and safety systems, a charger and spare batteries, and operator training. In an industrial pilot, integration costs can equal the price of the robot itself, but for the T800 we have no hard data, so this is only an order of magnitude.

Operation: energy is secondary. What matters is service and parts availability, because the manufacturer does not confirm a presence in Poland. It is worth assuming, roughly, an annual service cost of a dozen or so percent of the price, after asking the manufacturer about a contract.

Whether a production humanoid fits requires an adviser's assessment.

Applications

What it's for

The T800 is EngineAI's flagship humanoid, unveiled in 2025, launched globally at CES 2026 and on sale since June 2026. It is 173 cm tall, and the company positions it differently from the cheaper PM01 and SE01: as a high-torque machine intended for industrial and manufacturing applications. Our catalog lists 29 degrees of freedom (DOF), but that value is not widely confirmed in the manufacturer's descriptions, so we treat it with caution. Public data on payload, weight and runtime is also missing.

The sources point to one thing: production. A humanoid makes sense where the station is designed around a worker's hands and height: moving parts between a pallet and a conveyor, or operating a machine. The advantage of a humanoid is that the line does not have to be rebuilt. The drawback: the speed, payload and safety of such pilots must be proven at your own station, because the parameter sheet is incomplete.

The second area is R&D departments at integrators and companies tracking Chinese suppliers. The T800 lets you assess whether Chinese industrial humanoids are already at a level worth comparing with Western ones.

The third is technology showcases. A robot from CES has an image effect, but that is not a reason to buy.

The strongest selling argument lies outside the robot itself: EngineAI's new factory in Shenzhen, of about 129,000 square feet, is meant to build one humanoid every 15 minutes. The ability to mass-produce is rare among Chinese humanoid makers, and for the buyer it means a lower risk that the model disappears after a year. The T800 is not intended for individual customers or schools.

Typical applications

  • Manufacturing

Who it's for

A good fit: manufacturing companies and integrators that want to test an industrial humanoid from China and have a budget of around 150,000 PLN (≈ EUR 34,310) for a pilot. R&D departments at large plants, and teams evaluating the humanoid supply chain. Those who can measure payload, runtime and safety themselves, because the manufacturer does not provide that data.

Not a good choice for: individual customers and schools (EngineAI's educational platforms are the PM01 and SE01), companies that need confirmed availability and service in Poland (availability is not confirmed), and anyone who requires safety certification for working alongside people without additional safeguards.

A note: the $40,500 price comes from a Wikipedia summary, with no direct confirmation from the manufacturer. When preparing a quotation, require a written valuation from EngineAI.

Deployments

The T800's availability in the country has not been confirmed, and neither has EngineAI's commercial presence in Poland.

Worldwide we have one confirmed production event: in June 2026 the T800 entered production at a new factory in Shenzhen. That is information about producing the robot, not about its work at a customer. We found no named customers that have deployed the T800 in their factory.

How humanoids work in industry in general is described in the article “Humanoid Robots in Factories 2026”, and the market of Chinese suppliers in “Chinese Humanoid Robots”.

Comparison

The EngineAI PM01 costs more than three times less (about $12,000), stands 140 cm and has 24 DOF. It is not suited to industrial tasks, but as a first look at EngineAI's software it is a reasonable start.

UBTech Walker Tien Kung (170 cm, 20 DOF, up to 2.78 m/s outdoors, an indicative price of about 158,900 PLN (≈ EUR 36,350) in pre-sale) is a Chinese humanoid in a similar price bracket. Its weight and delivery date are unclear, however, so you are comparing two incomplete spec sheets.

Kepler Forerunner K2 (178 cm, 85 kg, 52 DOF, 30 kg payload, about 8 hours of operation, price of about 96,900 PLN (≈ EUR 22,170) unconfirmed) has much more data in its specification, but is likewise unavailable in Poland. The Unitree H2 (180 cm, 70 kg, 31 DOF, about 115,900 PLN (≈ EUR 26,510)) is a pricier version with a recognizable brand. For higher budgets consider the NEURA 4NE-1 Gen 3.5 from Europe, at about 428,900 PLN (≈ EUR 98,110).

History

EngineAI is a Shenzhen company which, according to one source, was founded in October 2023 by Zhao Tongyang and Ren Guowen. Its first models, the PM01 and SE01, went on sale in December 2024.

The T800 was unveiled in 2025 and had its global premiere at CES in January 2026 as a flagship high-torque humanoid. In June 2026 it entered industrial production at a new factory in Shenzhen, at a pace of one unit about every 15 minutes. In April 2026 the company filed for an IPO on the Hong Kong stock exchange; its valuation, according to the data, is $1.5 billion, with $200 million in funding raised.

A caution: a second source on EngineAI mentions a seed round of $4.5 million. It is probably the same company at an earlier stage, but without confirmation we list the figures side by side rather than merging them.
