How to choose a robot seller in Poland
Buying an industrial, collaborative or mobile robot is usually an investment for many years, so choosing the seller or distributor matters as much as choosing the model. Below are a few practical criteria to apply before you move on to the catalog of specific offers available on the Polish market.
Authorization status
Companies acting as authorized distributors or partners of the manufacturer (FANUC, KUKA, Universal Robots or Kawasaki Robotics, for example) usually have direct access to original parts, software updates and the manufacturer's technical support. That does not automatically make a seller without such status unreliable, but it is worth asking outright where the equipment comes from and who is responsible for service after the sale.
Service and parts availability in Poland
A robot that breaks down only once every few years but then needs weeks to get a spare part shipped in from abroad still generates real downtime costs. Ask about service response time, where the parts warehouse is located, whether phone and remote support is available and, if possible, get references from other customers in a similar industry.
Training and deployment
Buying the robot is only the beginning. Check whether the seller offers operator and programmer training (either itself or through the manufacturer, such as FANUC Academy, KUKA College or UR Academy) and whether it helps with integration into your existing production line. This often decides how quickly the investment starts paying for itself.
Total cost of deployment, not just the robot's price
The price of the machine alone is usually only part of the budget. A full comparison of offers needs the cost of peripheral equipment, integration, training, a service agreement and consumable parts. If you plan to use Poland's robotization tax relief (ulga na robotyzację) or grant programs (KPO, FENG), ask the seller for an invoice broken down by the eligible cost categories. More on this in our funding section.
Examples from the catalogue
According to the catalogue, you can buy e.g. the UR20, Unitree Go2, Unitree G1 and myCobot 280 in Poland. Prices and availability of further models can be compared on the category pages for cobots, quadruped robots and humanoid robots. Before talking to a seller, it is worth reading “How to Buy a Cobot Step by Step” and “How Much Does a Humanoid Robot Cost in 2026”.
We are building a directory of specific sellers and distributors operating in Poland step by step, based on verified, publicly available information. It will appear on this page as further entries are confirmed.

Frequently asked questions
How is an authorized distributor different from an ordinary seller?
An authorized distributor has a formal agreement with the robot manufacturer, which usually means access to original parts, current software, manufacturer training and technical support straight from the maker. A seller without authorization may offer a lower price, but check where the equipment comes from, what the warranty covers and who is responsible for service after the sale.
Is the robot's price the only cost to consider?
No. On top of the robot itself you will usually pay for peripheral equipment (grippers, sensors, safety systems), integration with your existing production line, operator training, a service agreement and consumable parts. When comparing offers, ask for the price of the whole deployment, not just the machine.
What should I look for when choosing a robot seller in Poland?
Check whether the company is an authorized partner of the manufacturer, how long it has been on the market, whether it offers service and spare parts in Poland (not just imports), whether it has references from a similar industry, what its warranty and service response times are, and whether it offers operating training after deployment.
Does Poland's robotization tax relief matter when choosing a seller?
Indirectly, yes. The relief's eligible costs include, among others, the purchase of brand-new robots, peripheral equipment and training. It pays to ask the seller in advance for an invoice and documentation broken down in a way that makes claiming the relief easier (separate lines for the robot, equipment and training, for example). We describe the relief in detail in our funding section.
