Under Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law of 16 July 2004, storing or reading information on a user's device (including cookies and the browser's local storage) requires consent unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service the user has explicitly requested. Below we describe what the Robolupa website does and on what basis.
1. What the site does not do
The site does not set cookies of its own, does not use Google Analytics or any advertising or tracking tool from other companies, and does not show a consent banner because there is nothing to ask consent for. If a tool that requires consent is ever added, we will first update this document and put a consent mechanism in place, and only then switch the tool on.

Your selection in the comparison tool is not stored in the browser — it is kept only in the page address (the ?m= parameter) while you use the tool.
3. YouTube video
Model pages and some articles contain a button to play a YouTube video. We connect to YouTube only after you click the play button,
and only to the youtube-nocookie.com domain (enhanced privacy mode). After the click, YouTube (Google) receives, among other things,
your IP address and browser data and may store its own information on your device; the scope is governed by Google's privacy policy. Until you click,
no data is transmitted.
4. Shop and distributor websites
The site contains links to shops, distributors and manufacturer websites. Once you follow such a link, that site's own rules apply, including its own cookies — among them the cookies of affiliate networks used to account for commissions, if the link is an affiliate link (see How we make money). The Site does not set these cookies, and their scope and retention are determined by the policy of the site concerned.
5. Visit statistics
At present the site does not count visits with any tool installed on its pages. If we start our own self-hosted tool that counts only aggregate page views without cookies, we will describe it in this document and in the Privacy Policy before switching it on.
6. How to delete or block stored data
The theme setting can be deleted at any time in your browser settings (delete the site data for robolupa.com). Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies in their privacy settings.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site develops; the current version is always available at this address with the date of the last change.
