Integrators
Robot integrators in Poland
Companies that deploy industrial, collaborative and mobile robots in Polish plants.
How to choose a robot integrator in Poland
An integrator is the company that takes on the design, component selection, programming and commissioning of an entire robotic cell, not just the sale of a single machine. Choosing the right deployment partner determines whether your investment starts delivering real results within the time you planned.
Experience in your industry
Welding in automotive, palletizing in logistics and precision assembly in electronics are entirely different engineering projects. Ask for references from projects similar to yours, ideally with the chance to speak to a past customer or visit a cell that is up and running.
Scope of services and responsibility
Be clear about what falls within the integrator's scope: mechanical and electrical design, robot programming, integration with existing lines and control systems (PLC, SCADA), safety testing to the applicable standards, operator training and as-built documentation. The more precisely this is pinned down at the quote stage, the fewer surprises you will face during deployment.
Certifications and manufacturer partnerships
Certified partner status (in the FANUC, KUKA, Universal Robots or Kawasaki Robotics programs, for example) usually indicates access to current training and manufacturer technical support. Independent integrators that work with many brands, on the other hand, can offer more flexibility in matching equipment to a specific task. Both routes have their advantages.
Support after deployment
Ask about the terms of the service agreement: response time, parts availability, and the scope of remote and on-site support. A robotic cell that sits idle for a week because of a breakdown with no service backup causes real production losses, so this part of the offer matters as much as the price of the deployment.
Help with claiming the tax relief and grants
If you plan to use Poland's robotization tax relief (ulga na robotyzację) or programs such as KPO (the National Recovery Plan) or FENG (the European Funds for a Modern Economy program), ask the integrator whether it has experience preparing documentation that meets those programs' requirements (including a suitable breakdown of the invoice into eligible costs). We cover the details in our funding section.
Before you ask for a quote
First decide which class of robot you need: “What Is a Cobot and How Does It Differ from an Industrial Robot” explains the difference between a cobot and a classic industrial robot, “How to Buy a Cobot Step by Step” walks through the purchase, and the tax relief and grants should be raised at the quote stage (“Poland's Robotization Tax Relief”). Models and prices are in the categories “Cobots” and mobile robots, for example the UR20.
We are building a directory of specific integrator companies operating in Poland step by step, based on verified, publicly available information. It will appear on this page as further entries are confirmed.

Frequently asked questions
What does a robot integrator do, and how is it different from a distributor?
A distributor sells the robot itself. An integrator designs and delivers the whole robotic cell or line: it selects the robot and tooling for the specific task, programs the application, ties it into your existing machinery and control systems, and is responsible for production start-up. Many companies (ASTOR and AIUT, for example) play both roles at once, selling equipment from established manufacturers and integrating it themselves.
What industry experience should a good integrator have?
Look for a company with documented deployments in your sector (food, automotive, logistics, say). A palletizing application is very different from a welding or assembly one. Years on the market and the size of the engineering team (dozens, or several hundred engineers at the larger integrators) are further indicators of a company's maturity, though not the only ones.
Should an integrator hold certifications from specific robot makers?
It is a good quality signal. Certified integrators (in the FANUC, KUKA or Universal Robots programs, for instance) usually get access to training, manufacturer technical support and current documentation. It is not a hard requirement, though: some independent integrators work with many robot brands at once and build their expertise through their own R&D teams.
What should a good integrator's quote include?
Beyond the price of the robot and tooling: an implementation schedule, who is responsible for integration with your existing line, warranty terms covering the whole cell (not just the robot), an operator training plan, the terms of a service agreement after commissioning and, if it matters for your project, help with claiming Poland's robotization tax relief (ulga na robotyzację) or EU grants.
