The disclaimers below apply to all content published on the Robolupa website and take interpretive precedence in case of doubt about the nature of the information presented.
1. Prices and availability
Prices shown on the site come from offers of shops and distributors at the time of last verification (shown as the date next to the price) and may differ from the current offer when you visit the target shop — the price, availability, delivery cost and warranty terms binding for a transaction are always those the seller states on its own website at the time of purchase. The sales contract is concluded solely between the user and the seller — the site is not a party to it and bears no responsibility for its performance, including the quality of the goods, delivery times or handling of complaints.
2. Certificates and safety standards
We present information on compliance with standards (e.g. CE marking, ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066, ISO 13482) only where we can cite a manufacturer's source (a datasheet or a declaration of conformity). Giving such information is not an independent assurance by the site that a product meets all legal requirements in Poland or the EU — only the declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer or importer is binding. From 20 January 2027, some products will be subject to the new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 replacing the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC — during the transition period manufacturers may apply one regime or the other; we do not ourselves classify which regime applies to a specific model. Robots with artificial-intelligence-based control (e.g. person recognition, autonomous navigation) may additionally be subject to the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) — we mention this possibility descriptively, without making our own legal classification of the product.
3. No legal, tax or financial advice
Content on funding (e.g. the robotization tax relief, KPO, FENG), liability for damage caused by a robot, or employers' obligations towards the National Labour Inspectorate or the Office of Technical Inspection is purely informational and is not legal, tax or financial advice within the meaning of the relevant regulations. Before deciding to buy, deploy or apply for funding, we recommend consulting a tax adviser or lawyer and — for funding matters — contacting the managing institution of the programme directly.
4. Personal data and cameras
Products fitted with cameras or microphones (e.g. home robots, humanoid assistants) may process personal data of people in their surroundings and may be subject to the GDPR on the buyer-user's side as the controller of that data. We present manufacturer claims such as "GDPR compliant" as a quotation from the source, not as a compliance assessment confirmed by the site.
5. AI-assisted content and accuracy of data
The site's editorial texts are prepared with AI tools on the basis of collected sources, and the English edition is a translation of the Polish one. We compare data with primary sources on a sample basis (rules and results: Methodology). In a sample of 310 models checked on 28 September 2026 we found 330 discrepancies, about one per model on average, so we do not guarantee that the catalog is error-free — technical data changes with product revisions, and information on early-stage companies (some robotics startups) can be incomplete or outdated. Before making a purchase decision, check the key parameters in the manufacturer's documentation. Please report errors to editor@robolupa.com (see Contact).
