This guide is for companies outside Poland that want to buy a robot from a Polish seller, deploy one in a Polish plant or warehouse, or find a local integrator. It collects what we have checked in the Robolupa catalogue. Where we do not know something, we say so.
The short version
- Polish shops usually quote zloty prices including 23% VAT. For Unitree robots, shop prices were about twice the manufacturer's list price in zloty: a median of +97% (5 products, 16 offers), or roughly +60% without VAT. See the mark-up analysis.
- Only 81 of 303 catalogue models (26.7%) have a Polish seller. Cobots are well covered (43 of 72), humanoids are not (7 of 101, all Unitree), and none of 52 American models has one. See where robots come from.
- Our directory lists 75 integrators and 60 sellers, taken from company websites. We cannot tell which of them work in English.
- The robotization tax relief, an extra 50% deduction, covers costs incurred in 2022–2026 under current law. An extension to 2036 is still a draft.

| Military and rescue robots | 12 | PLN 11,600 (≈ EUR 2,650) | PLN 844,700 (≈ EUR 193,220) | PLN 2,845,000 (≈ EUR 650,790) |
Two things shape what you pay. A Polish gross price contains 23% VAT, which a VAT-registered business can usually deduct. And shops that sell exactly the same version charge almost the same: the median gap between the cheapest and the dearest offer was 7.0% (9 versions, 26 offers, 11 shops), and 1.4% where the version was confirmed. The biggest distortions came from net prices posing as bargains and from promotions, as the price spread analysis shows.
For humanoids the picture is thin. The median list price is USD 38,000 (31 models), and for Polish shops we hold prices only for Unitree: 13 configurations with a median of PLN 149,912 (≈ EUR 34,290) gross, from PLN 41,000 (≈ EUR 9,380) to PLN 439,000 (≈ EUR 100,420) (humanoid price index). Budget for the whole deployment, not the robot alone: integration, training, service and spare parts. The article on deployment cost shows the method.
Who sells robots in Poland
Our shops directory lists 60 sellers with their brands and range: a large electronics retailer such as x-kom, specialist robotics resellers and maker-electronics shops, several of which sell only small educational robots and components. For a quick list of what you can buy locally, see robots available in Poland.
Ask three things before you order. Is the seller an authorized distributor? Who provides service and spare parts in Poland? Is operator training included? If a model has no Polish seller, you buy from the manufacturer or an importer, which adds freight, customs duty and VAT. Unitree's own shop quotes shipping of USD 300–1,200 per unit for the G1 and R1, with duties and taxes on the buyer. The EU tariff rate for industrial robots (heading 8479 50 00) is 1.7%, but whether another type of robot falls under it takes a binding tariff information decision.
Integrators in Poland
An integrator designs, programs and commissions the whole robotic cell. Our integrators directory lists 75 companies, from the Polish arms of FANUC and KUKA to distributors and system builders. Examples, by their own descriptions: ASTOR in Kraków (automation distributor and integrator; Kawasaki, EPSON and AGILOX robots) and Robotor in Toruń (robot stations, including a rental model).
The directory does not record language or international experience. We have no verified data on which integrators work in English or on projects abroad, which is why there is no such filter. Put it in your enquiry and ask for references from similar projects. For a first project, how to buy a cobot step by step explains the process; the categories for cobots and AMR mobile robots show the models integrators use most.
The robotization tax relief
Poland lets businesses deduct an additional 50% of robotization costs from their tax base, on top of the normal treatment of the same costs (Article 38eb of the CIT Act, Article 52jb of the PIT Act). Eligible costs include new industrial robots, peripheral equipment, safety and monitoring systems, necessary software and training. The robot must meet a narrow statutory definition, and the deduction is capped by the income earned in the year.
The status is transitional. Under current law the relief covers costs incurred in 2022–2026. A draft act (UD461) would extend it by ten tax years, to 2036; the Council of Ministers adopted it on 29 September 2026, but it is not yet law and may change in parliament. In our simplified example, PLN 200,000 (≈ EUR 45,750) of eligible cost at the 19% CIT rate saves about PLN 19,000 (≈ EUR 4,350). Details are in how the relief works; the funding page also covers the KPO and FENG grants, a different instrument.
Safety standards and CE marking
Robots sold in the EU carry a CE mark, which is the manufacturer's declaration of conformity, not an independent certificate. The reference standards are ISO 10218-1 and -2 in their 2025 editions; "collaborative" now describes the application, not the robot. Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 applies from 20 January 2027 and replaces the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Poland's Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) does not approve industrial robots as such. See robot safety standards.
How an enquiry works
If you do not yet know whom to approach, use the enquiry form. Describe the task, the place of work, the machines the robot must work with, your budget and your timing. We read every enquiry by hand and look for integrators or dealers that do similar work. With your consent we pass it on; if nobody fits, we tell you so. We give no reply deadline and are not a party to any agreement between you and a company.
To see what has been deployed, browse robots in Poland and the map of Polish robotics companies. To compare candidates, use the comparison tool or the rankings.
Frequently asked questions
Can a company outside Poland buy from Polish sellers?
Our catalogue does not describe cross-border sales terms. Ask each seller whether it invoices companies abroad and ships outside Poland, and ask your tax adviser how VAT applies to you. Polish shops usually quote consumer prices with 23% VAT included; some show net prices, so check the label.
In which currency are prices shown?
Prices from Polish sellers are in zloty (PLN). Next to them we show a rounded euro equivalent at the NBP table A average rate. The rate and its date are stated on every page with euro amounts, and the euro figure is a guide, not an offer.
Do Polish integrators work in English or on international projects?
We do not know. Our directory records specialisation, city and the company's own statements, but not working language or international references, so we offer no such filter. Ask in your enquiry or on the integrator's website.
Does the robotization tax relief apply to foreign companies?
The relief is a deduction from the tax base of CIT and PIT taxpayers with eligible costs, so it only helps a business that pays Polish income tax on its activity. Whether a foreign-owned entity qualifies is a question for a tax adviser.
Does a CE mark mean the robot is safe in my workstation?
No. The CE mark is the manufacturer's declaration of conformity. Safety applies to the whole workstation, including tool, speed, layout and risk assessment. Ask for the declaration of conformity and the technical documentation before you buy.
Does sending an enquiry cost anything?
No. The service is free and does not oblige you to buy. We read each enquiry by hand and, only with your consent, pass it to suitable integrators or dealers, who reply to you directly.
