Pre-order is the stage at which a manufacturer takes orders or deposits but the robot is not yet in regular sale. The Robolupa database holds seven such entries from six manufacturers: six humanoids and one home robot. It is a small set, yet this is where decisions are made whose consequences customers only learn after delivery.
The makers are NEURA Robotics (two entries: NEURA 4NE-1 Gen 3.5 and NEURA 4NE-1 Mini), 1X Technologies (1X NEO), Weave Robotics, UBTech, RobotEra and Pudu.
A price is given for five of the seven entries (n = 5). It runs from USD 7,999 for the home-oriented Weave Isaac 1 to USD 105,000 for NEURA's 3.5 humanoid, with a median of USD 21,500. In between sit the NEURA 4NE-1 Mini (USD 21,500), the 1X NEO (USD 20,000) and the UBTech Walker Tien Kung (USD 41,000). The Pudu D9 and RobotEra L7 have no published price in the database. For the NEO line there are two ways of buying: a USD 200 deposit against a price of about USD 20,000, or USD 499 a month under a rental model — a good example of how differently the "price" of one robot can be counted.
In time terms the entries are fresh. The Pudu D9 was shown in December 2024, three models (UBTech, RobotEra and 1X) in 2025, the Weave Isaac 1 in July 2026, and for the two NEURA versions we have no presentation date. Pre-order here is not a relic of years ago but the current state of the humanoid market.
For a Polish buyer this list is informational for now. Six of the seven entries are flagged as not available in Poland, information is missing for UBTech, and none is offered by a Polish dealer in our records. Anyone planning an order from abroad should factor in customs duty, service, warranty, and what happens to the robot when the manufacturer's cloud service stops running — we cover the last point in “Data Security: Robots with Cameras and the GDPR”.
Two traps are the most common: the gap between a deposit and the final price, and a delivery date missing from the contract. Before paying, compare the claims against the datasheet (“How to Read a Robot Datasheet”) and work out ownership cost with “Humanoid Robot TCO: How to Calculate Total Cost”. The price backdrop for the whole segment is in “How Much Does a Humanoid Robot Cost in 2026”, and the NEO story is told in “1X Neo Home Robot on Pre-Order”. More context: humanoid robots, home robots, and the makers Neura Robotics and 1X Technologies.

Frequently asked questions
What does "pre-order" mean in this database?
The manufacturer takes orders or deposits, but the robot is not yet in regular sale with made-to-order delivery. The state changes, so we recheck the status at each update.
How much do pre-order robots cost?
A price is given for 5 of 7 entries: from USD 7,999 to USD 105,000, median USD 21,500 (n = 5). The Pudu D9 and RobotEra L7 have no published price.
Can any of these robots be ordered in Poland?
Six entries are flagged as not available in Poland and one (UBTech Walker Tien Kung) has no information. Ordering would mean buying abroad.
What are the risks of paying a deposit for a robot?
The main ones are no guaranteed delivery date, the gap between deposit and final price, and dependence on the manufacturer's cloud services. Check refund, warranty and service terms before paying.
Where this list comes from
The collection is generated from the Robolupa catalogue by a fixed criterion described in the introduction and changes with the data. Prices in zloty come from Polish shops or are converted from foreign currencies (marked with an asterisk). How data are collected and checked is described on the page Methodology.
