Weave Isaac 1 is a home humanoid robot from the American startup Weave Robotics of San Francisco, unveiled in July 2026. Unlike most humanoids, it moves on wheels rather than legs, and its torso adjusts from roughly 90 to 175 cm, which helps with work around low furniture and cabinets.
It has 21 degrees of freedom (DOF), two arms ending in two-fingered grippers and a soft, fabric-covered shell that gives it a friendly rather than industrial look. A distinctive feature is the physical shutters over the cameras in its head: they close when Isaac 1 is not working, signaling to household members that the robot is not observing the room. The battery lasts about 8 hours and charging takes 2 hours.
Tasks include folding laundry, tidying toys and making beds, with optional teleoperator support when autonomy falls short. The purchase price is USD 7,999 (about PLN 31,000 (≈ EUR 7,090)), and a subscription is also possible from USD 449 a month.
That is clearly cheaper than the 1X NEO or Sunday Robotics Memo, priced at USD 20,000, but Isaac 1 does not climb stairs and is still not widely available: first deliveries are in fall 2026, in California only. In Poland the robot cannot be bought for now.

Purchase price USD 7,999 or financing from USD 449 a month; a refundable USD 250 deposit secures a place on the waiting list. First deliveries in fall 2026 in California, with wider US availability planned only for 2027, so this is not yet a market product.
The purchase price of Isaac 1 is USD 7,999, or about PLN 31,000 (≈ EUR 7,090) at the rate of 3.8762 from October 1, 2026. The alternative is financing from USD 449 a month, and a reservation is secured by a refundable USD 250 deposit on the waiting list. These figures come from the manufacturer's announcement and trade media; the final terms will be known once deliveries start.
What we do not know: service costs, warranty, software subscriptions or fees for teleoperation. As a rough estimate, it is worth assuming that a home robot generates costs beyond the purchase, but that is only a cautious assumption, not data from the offer. For a Polish buyer there are also import, customs duty, VAT and warranty issues, which for a product not officially available can raise the cost significantly, so a comparison with the US dollar price can be misleading. We have collected general price ranges for humanoids in “How Much Does a Humanoid Robot Cost in 2026”; at about PLN 29,000 (≈ EUR 6,630), Isaac 1 sits clearly below most humanoids there.
No confirmed distributor in Poland
Isaac 1 from Weave Robotics (up to 175 cm tall, 21 degrees of freedom, priced at USD 7,999) is meant to fold laundry, tidy toys, make beds and put objects in order. The data lists exactly those tasks and no others, so we stick to that list; the robot is not a general-purpose household human, but a specialized helper for jobs that need hands.
The design serves that goal. Isaac 1 rolls on wheels instead of walking on legs, so it is stable and simpler than a two-legged humanoid. Its torso adjusts from about 90 to 175 cm: near the floor it reaches for toys, at the cabinet it folds clothes. Two arms end in two-fingered grippers, and the whole machine has 21 degrees of freedom (DOF). A soft, fabric-covered shell makes it look like a household appliance rather than a machine from the factory floor. The battery lasts about 8 hours and charging takes 2 hours, which covers a whole day of household bustle.
Autonomous navigation is backed by optional teleoperation: when the robot cannot cope with a task, a human can help remotely. That is an important detail, because it means the cameras in the home may sometimes be used by an operator. The manufacturer answers this concern with physical shutters over the head cameras, which close when the robot is not working. Beyond the private home, the data points to no other uses. For ideas about a hotel or guesthouse, it is better to look at service robots (see “Service Robots in Restaurants and Hotels”), and privacy at home with cameras is discussed in “Data Security: Robots with Cameras and the GDPR”. The home category is described in “Home robots”, and everyday household use in homes.
Yes: for technology enthusiasts in the US who live in California and want to be in the first group of customers, since deliveries start in fall 2026, there only. Yes: for people who accept optional teleoperation and appreciate the camera shutters as a privacy compromise.
No: for residents of Poland, since the robot cannot be bought here for now, and the manufacturer does not mention the Polish market. No: for homes with many stairs, because Isaac 1 rolls on wheels and cannot climb them. No: for those who expect a proven product; this is still a pre-order with a refundable USD 250 deposit, and broad availability in the US is planned only for 2027. No: for users who do not accept remote support when needed. If you are looking for a home robot today, take a look at home robots.
Outside Poland we have no documented installations either: first deliveries are only starting in fall 2026, and only in California. What is in the category? Home humanoid robots are at the pre-order stage (1X NEO) or in pilot (Sunday Robotics Memo), while products available right away are mostly companion robots and monitoring platforms such as Amazon Astro. You will find an overview of the category in home robots.
1X NEO: a legged home humanoid, priced at USD 20,000 in our catalog (about PLN 77,500 (≈ EUR 17,730)); it can handle stairs but costs several times more. The state of the project is described in “1X Neo Home Robot on Pre-Order”.
Sunday Robotics Memo: also about USD 20,000; a robot in its pilot phase, so you will have to wait for availability.
Unitree R1: about USD 4,900 (about PLN 19,000 (≈ EUR 4,350)), 123 cm tall, 26 degrees of freedom; a humanoid for developers and hobbyists, not a laundry assistant.
Amazon Astro: about PLN 5,600 (≈ EUR 1,280) according to our catalog; a wheeled robot for home monitoring, with no arms for manual work.
Sony aibo ERS-1000: about PLN 11,200 (≈ EUR 2,560); a robot companion dog, a completely different purpose, but it reaches the same household buyers.

Weave Robotics is a startup from San Francisco. In July 2026 the company unveiled Isaac 1 as a wheeled home humanoid for household chores, priced at USD 7,999; that is the only event in our catalog. The company's founding date is not confirmed, so we do not give it. There are no earlier generations on record, so we treat Isaac 1 as the first version; first deliveries are planned for fall 2026 in California. Wider availability in the US is due in 2027. We describe the market backdrop for home humanoids in “Humanoid Robot Market Forecasts” and in the article on “Figure 03: What We Know About Figure AI's Third-Generation Robot”.

The purchase price is USD 7,999, about PLN 31,000 (≈ EUR 7,090) at the September 2026 exchange rate. A subscription from USD 449 a month is also available, and a reservation is secured by a refundable USD 250 deposit.
No. First deliveries begin in fall 2026 exclusively in California, and wider availability in the US is planned only for 2027; the manufacturer does not mention the Polish market for now.
It moves on wheels, not legs, so it cannot climb stairs, but it is several times cheaper: USD 7,999 versus USD 20,000 for the 1X NEO or Sunday Robotics Memo.
