Pudu Robotics (Shenzhen Pudu Technology Co., Ltd.)

Pudu Robotics grew out of Shenzhen in 2016 and quickly chose a niche that many builders skipped: robots for services, not factories. Restaurants, hotels, shopping centers: there a machine does not have to repeat one motion with tenth-of-a-millimeter precision, but it must maneuver safely among people and carts. The company claims more than 80,000 robots deployed in over 60 countries; that is a manufacturer's figure. The best-known product is BellaBot, a waiter robot 129 cm tall with a 40 kg payload. Alongside it came the KettyBot Pro for greeting and delivery, the larger four-tray HolaBot, the PuduBot 2 delivery robot and the CC1 cleaning robot, which combines sweeping, scrubbing, washing and vacuuming. The third pillar is logistics: the T300 industrial AMR for material transport, compliant with ISO 3691-4. In December 2024 Pudu unveiled the D9, the company's first bipedal humanoid: 170 cm tall, 42 degrees of freedom and a DH11 hand with 11 degrees of freedom. We found no independent data on the founders or funding rounds in verified sources, so we do not give any here. It is an interesting path: from robots gliding between restaurant tables to attempts to enter the humanoid segment.

Pudu's portfolio lists eight models in three groups. Robots for food service and hospitality: Pudu BellaBot (129 cm, 40 kg, about PLN 56,205 (≈ EUR 12,860 at NBP rate 4.3716 of 20 October 2026) from retailers), its variant Pudu BellaBot Pro, the largest Pudu HolaBot (4 trays, 120 L, 60 kg payload, IPX5, PLN 55,500 (≈ EUR 12,700) gross at rkserwis.com), PuduBot 2 (7 trays, 40 kg, from about PLN 42,927 (≈ EUR 9,820) or for rent from PLN 990 (≈ EUR 225) a month) and the compact Pudu KettyBot Pro (112 cm, about PLN 54,267 (≈ EUR 12,410)). Industrial robots: Pudu CC1 for cleaning (from PLN 73,680 (≈ EUR 16,850), on lease from PLN 785 (≈ EUR 180) net a month) and Pudu T300, an AMR with a 300 kg payload that navigates without fixed routes. The newcomer is the humanoid Pudu D9, in pre-sale, with price on request. Most Polish złoty offers are converted from US prices, so they must be confirmed with the distributor. Worth remembering: the BellaBot Pro is the version offered by RKserwis, and the manufacturer does not disclose technical differences from the standard model; only the same payload of up to 40 kg is confirmed.

Pudu belongs to the group of manufacturers with real sales volume in service robots, not just in presentations. It claims 80,000 deployments itself. Competition is dense: Keenon Robotics is a direct rival in restaurant robots, Bear Robotics plays in the American market, and LionsBot International and Gausium compete in cleaning robots. In humanoids Pudu is moving into the territory of Unitree Robotics and UBTECH Robotics, though the D9 is only in pre-sale. Its strength is a mature service and sales network in Europe; its weakness is lower brand recognition among the humanoid leaders. For Polish food service and hospitality it is one of the most accessible pieces of equipment. Market background: “Service Robots in Restaurants and Hotels” and “Commercial Cleaning Robots in Practice”. The scale of 80,000 deployments is a manufacturer's claim, not a verified result, so we treat it as a direction. Prices in Poland differ between sellers, which shows well that there is no single official price list.

Pudu has an exceptionally broad sales network in Poland. Sellers include Dynamic Robots (Mińsk Mazowiecki / Warsaw), RKserwis, Positive Machines, gastrozona.pl, sas24.pl, machinesforyou.pl and sebotics.com, which ships from Germany and Switzerland to Poland as well. Prices of the BellaBot, PuduBot 2 and CC1 are public, and the robots can also be rented or leased. We have no specific deployments naming a restaurant or hotel in our verified data; that is a gap we are working to fill in the coming rounds. Pudu is today one of the easiest food-service robots to buy in Poland: there are several suppliers, prices are known, and renting lowers the entry barrier. For a restaurant with steady traffic it is a worthwhile option; for a small venue, work out the payback before you order. Who it suits: restaurants, hotels and shopping centers with heavy guest traffic, and facilities seeking a robot for cleaning halls and transporting loads up to 300 kg.
