Summary

Revealed on 31 December 2025, the Q1, known in China as Qiyuan Q1, is AgiBot's attempt at a humanoid you can carry: standing about 80 cm tall and folding to roughly half a metre, it fits into a 30 to 35 litre backpack. The maker gives no absolute weight but puts both volume and mass at about one eighth of a full-size humanoid.

The joints are quasi-direct-drive electric units described as smaller than an egg, and the whole body is run under force control. AgiBot positions the Q1 as a personal-lab humanoid: an open software and hardware development kit, shells that owners can 3D-print themselves, and voice interaction aim it at schools, universities and hobbyists.

Degrees of freedom, runtime, sensors and price have not been announced, and the company website has no dedicated product page, so the catalogue lists the Q1 as a prototype with pricing on request. It should not be confused with the larger AgiBot Lingxi X2 from the same company.

The AGIBOT X1 is AgiBot's open platform in a bigger format, while small education robots such as the ROBOTIS OP3 occupy a similar size class.
