About EUR 21,000 net is what European reseller Unchained Robotics asks for the AUBO i16, though the manufacturer itself publishes no price list, so the figure should be treated as a reference point, not an official list price.
The i16 is the strongest model in the i series by payload (16 kg), with a reach of 967.5 mm and a dead weight of 38.5 kg - identical to the lighter i10, which suggests a shared design platform for the two. Repeatability drops to about ±0.1 mm.
The robot is suited to palletizing and heavier material handling, competing on price with European cobots of similar payload, such as top-end Universal Robots models, while offering a relatively favorable payload-to-price ratio. Six axes, electric drive and SDK/API programming round out the specification.
There is no information on official distribution in Poland - the one purchasing channel identified in Europe remains the German reseller mentioned above. AUBO Robotics, a Chinese company with a US branch, offers in the i16 a proposition for integrators who need a payload above the standard 10 kg and are willing to accept somewhat lower precision and purchase through an intermediary.

Running and deployment costs
Confirmed data: European reseller Unchained Robotics quotes about EUR 21,000 net, which at the rate of 4.3770 from 1 October 2026 comes to about PLN 91,920 (≈ EUR 21,030). That is not a manufacturer price list, just a reference point.
As an estimate, on top of the arm come: a gripper or suction cups, a pallet and safeguards, integration and training. In palletizing, the cost of the cell often exceeds the price of the robot itself. Operator training is usually short, and programming takes days, not weeks - but that is an estimate. You can work out payback following “How to Buy a Cobot Step by Step”; possible tax preferences (Poland's robotization tax relief) are described in “Poland's Robotization Tax Relief”, and are worth confirming with an adviser.

Applications
What it's for
The AUBO i16 is the most powerful cobot in the i series: 16 kg payload at a 967.5 mm reach. The manufacturer points to palletizing and heavier material handling. It is a robot for places where standard 5-10 kg cobots are too weak and an industrial arm is too expensive and needs a cage.
A typical task is palletizing: the robot picks up a carton, lays it in a layer on the pallet and moves to the next. The same tasks appear in a warehouse (warehouses) or a plant (factories) where a heavy part must be moved from machine to machine. Tasks like these need a full risk assessment - see “Robot Safety Standards”.
Six axes, electric drive and SDK/API programming let integrators adapt it to their own solutions. Repeatability is about ±0.1 mm, the same as the lighter i10, so do not expect assembly precision at the level of the lightest i5 (±0.05 mm). The dead weight of 38.5 kg, identical to the i10, makes it harder to move between stations. Grippers and accessories come from suppliers such as Robotiq and OnRobot. How to choose a cobot for the task - “How to Buy a Cobot Step by Step”.
Typical applications
Who it's for
Best suited to: integrators and plants that need a 16 kg payload but do not want to pay top-shelf Universal Robots prices and have access to competent technical support.
A poor fit: companies that want to buy through official distribution in Poland - none has been identified, and the only known channel in Europe is a German reseller. Also those who need high precision or a light, portable robot. The manufacturer publishes no price list, so comparisons require a quote request.
Comparison
The choice depends on whether payload or price matters more. UR30 offers even more payload within the Universal Robots ecosystem, but at a higher price. UR10e and UR5e are market classics, described in “Universal Robots UR5e, UR10e and UR20 Compared”. Neura LARA 8 and KUKA LBR iisy 3 R760 fall in a similar price bracket, with a different programming philosophy. JAKA Zu 7 is a cheaper offer from the Chinese camp, good at a lower payload. Franka Research 3 is more a research tool than a palletizer.

History
AUBO Robotics is a Chinese company with a US branch, known for its i-Series line of cobots with payloads from 3 to 20 kg. The i16 is the strongest model in the i series and, together with the i10, appears to share a design platform, as the identical dead weight indicates. We do not know the launch dates or later generations, so we do not give them.

Frequently asked questions
Is the AUBO i16 available in Poland?
Yes, the model is available through the retailers in Poland listed on this page.
How much does the AUBO i16 cost?
European distributor Unchained Robotics quotes about EUR 21,000 net; the manufacturer does not publish its own price list.
What is the AUBO i16's payload?
The model lifts up to 16 kg with a reach of 967.5 mm - the strongest variant in the i series.
Is the i16's repeatability worse than in the smaller models?
