Available in PolandBellaBot, the serving robot from China's Pudu Robotics with its distinctive "cat" mask, is one of the few models covered here with a verified presence on the Polish market: it is offered by, among others, sebotics.com, sas24.pl, rkserwis.com, gastrozona.pl and machinesforyou.pl.
The robot is 129 cm tall, weighs 55 kg, carries up to 40 kg of food and drinks on four trays, moves at up to 1.2 m/s and runs up to 12 hours on a battery, navigating with LiDAR and an RGB-D camera (up to 5,400 obstacle scans per minute).
The US distributor RobotLAB lists a purchase price of 14,500 USD, or 409 USD a month under an RaaS (robot-as-a-service) plan over 36 months, which at 3.8762 PLN/USD (as of October 1, 2026) comes to about 56,205 PLN (≈ EUR 12,860).
Polish sellers do not publish prices, and an article on zwiadowca.pl puts BellaBot specifically at about 45,000-70,000 PLN (≈ EUR 10,290–16,010) net (60,000-85,000 PLN (≈ EUR 13,720–19,440) in its comparison table); the earlier quoted wide range of 35,000-100,000+ PLN referred to serving robots in general, not BellaBot itself. Compared with the KettyBot Pro from the same family, BellaBot has a larger payload and longer runtime but costs more.
Its strengths are broad service availability in Poland and a large number of restaurant deployments. Its weakness is the lack of a clear, uniform Polish price and reliance on translated manufacturer materials. It suits restaurants and hotels looking for a proven robot for serving and clearing dishes.

Data from manufacturer datasheets and product pages; median over the models of this category in the database.
US list price from RobotLAB: 14,500 USD to buy, or 409 USD/month under RaaS (36 months); Polish sellers (sebotics.com, rkserwis.com) quote a price only on request; a press article on zwiadowca.pl estimates about 45,000-70,000 PLN (≈ EUR 10,290–16,010) net (not verified as a manufacturer price).
Purchase: the US distributor RobotLAB lists a purchase price of 14,500 USD, or about 56,205 PLN (≈ EUR 12,860) at the 3.8762 rate of October 1, 2026. Alternatively: 409 USD a month under an RaaS plan for 36 months. Polish sellers do not publish prices. An article on zwiadowca.pl estimates BellaBot at about 45,000-70,000 PLN (≈ EUR 10,290–16,010) net, and gives the wider range of 35,000-100,000+ PLN for serving robots in general. As a rough figure, three years on RaaS comes to 14,724 USD, about the same as buying, but without residual-value risk. On top of that come mapping the dining room and any route adaptation. Operation: energy is a trifle; the cost of service depends on the contract with the Polish seller. Training: an employee will learn to operate it in an afternoon, but the room must also be prepared: clear obstacles and plan routes. The payback calculation is described in “Humanoid Robot TCO: How to Calculate Total Cost”.

The Pudu BellaBot is a waiter robot with several trays for dishes. It is 129 cm tall, weighs 55 kg and carries up to 40 kg of food or drinks, moving at up to 1.2 m/s and running up to 12 hours on a battery. Navigation comes from LiDAR and an RGB-D camera. The uses are a large restaurant or hotel buffet (the robot brings dishes from the kitchen to the table and the waiter stays with the guests), clearing dishes (returning to the dishwashing station with dirty plates), a hotel breakfast room, and weddings, conferences with a banquet and other events where the robot carries drinks and snacks. The waiter does not disappear: the robot handles the monotonous part, the walking back and forth. The human stays with the guest. A full overview of uses is in “Service Robots in Restaurants and Hotels”, and the industry versions are restaurants and hotels. The company Pudu Robotics also offers variants: Pudu BellaBot Pro and Pudu KettyBot Pro for greeting guests. The robot is intended mainly for restaurants and hotels; in other places, a hospital for example, you would have to check separately whether routes, elevators and procedures allow it.
Makes sense for: restaurants and hotels with steady traffic, where the routes from kitchen to dining room are long and wide; venues struggling with staffing at peak hours; and those who value service availability in Poland: sellers such as sebotics.com, sas24.pl, rkserwis.com, gastrozona.pl and machinesforyou.pl already offer it.
Who it is not for: small venues with narrow aisles and stairs, where a 55 kg robot cannot pass; those who expect a single, public price in Poland, because sellers do not publish one; and venues where service depends on direct contact with the guest, because the robot will not replace that. If a lower entry cost matters to you, check Keenon DinerBot T8.
Worldwide, the manufacturer claims more than 80,000 robots deployed across the whole brand, but that figure covers all models, not just the BellaBot. In the category, see the overview service robots and the piece “Commercial Cleaning Robots in Practice”, which covers other machines from this brand.
The Keenon DinerBot T8 is cheaper (from about 27,133 PLN (≈ EUR 6,210) by our figures), lighter (34 kg) and has a smaller payload (20 kg); it travels slower, at 1.0 m/s, but runs longer: up to 15 hours against the BellaBot's 12 hours. It is a good entry to robotization for a small venue, though a Polish sales channel is not confirmed.
The Bear Robotics Servi costs about 38,720 PLN (≈ EUR 8,860), is 105 cm tall and carries 30 kg. Price data differ between sources, and a Polish sales channel has not been confirmed. For a venue with a limited budget it is the cheaper purchase.
The Keenon DinerBot T5 at about 38,762 PLN (≈ EUR 8,870) is another option from Keenon Robotics. If you need a robot for greeting and advertising, look at the Pudu KettyBot Pro.

Pudu Robotics was founded in 2016 in Shenzhen. The company claims more than 80,000 robots deployed in more than 60 countries. The family covers serving robots (BellaBot, BellaBot Pro), reception robots (KettyBot Pro), cleaning robots and industrial AMRs. In December 2024 the company unveiled the D9, its first full-size bipedal humanoid, which shows a direction of growth from hospitality toward broader service robotics. No BellaBot launch date is published, so we do not guess one. The family has grown to include the Pudu HolaBot, PuduBot 2, Pudu CC1, Pudu T300 and Pudu D9.
