Available in PolandBellaBot Pro is an upgraded version of the standard BellaBot, announced by RobotLAB and offered in Poland by the reseller RKserwis. The tray payload is identical to the base model's: up to 40 kg. The price, on the other hand, is public. RobotLAB lists 16,000 USD to buy (or 399 USD a month under a robot-as-a-service plan), and RKserwis in Poland asks 54,900 PLN (≈ EUR 12,580) gross (44,634.15 PLN (≈ EUR 10,230) net).
Both suppliers do publish a price. That leaves BellaBot Pro in a weaker position on transparency than the cheaper base model, despite its implied higher class. Its strengths are the Pudu brand itself and the fact that it sits alongside the already proven BellaBot, which lowers the risk for a buyer.
Its weakness is the near-total lack of a published specification: buyers have to contact the seller directly to learn how the Pro really differs from the standard version. It suits customers who already know BellaBot and want to check the Pro offer with a distributor, rather than someone comparing options from the data that is publicly available.

RobotLAB: 16,000 USD to buy, or 399 USD/month as a robot-as-a-service (RaaS) plan. RKserwis (Poland): 54,900 PLN (≈ EUR 12,580) gross (44,634.15 PLN (≈ EUR 10,230) net). Both prices are taken directly from the suppliers' websites.
Purchase cost: RKserwis lists 54,900 PLN (≈ EUR 12,580) gross, or 44,634.15 PLN (≈ EUR 10,230) net. Abroad, RobotLAB prices the robot at 16,000 USD, or 399 USD a month under a robot-as-a-service (RaaS) plan. The prices come from the suppliers' websites, but there is no published specification, so treat them as a starting point for a conversation rather than a final quote.
Running costs and training: we have no exact figures on servicing, battery replacement or a subscription. As a rough guide, it is worth setting aside a few percent of the purchase price in the first year for servicing, mapping the venue and training the team. That is an indicative figure, not one from the manufacturer. Ask the supplier for the price of a service contract and the repair turnaround time.
Check them with your accountant, because a service robot does not always fit the definition of robotization.

Service robots of the BellaBot class are designed for carrying dishes in large venues, and the Pudu BellaBot Pro is an upgraded variant sold in Poland by RKserwis. The manufacturer, Pudu Robotics, quotes a 40 kg payload for the family, and the sensors are LiDAR plus an RGB-D camera. That means the robot sees both a flat "slice" of obstacles and the depth of the space, that is, both the outline of an obstacle and its distance.
The most obvious use is restaurants: carrying dishes from the kitchen to the table and taking dirty crockery back to the dishwashing station, so the waiter stays with the guest instead of running down the corridor. The second is hospitality: breakfast in a large dining room and deliveries inside a hotel. Restaurants and hospitality are the target groups listed for the model. For more on how such robots fit into everyday venue operations, see the article “Service Robots in Restaurants and Hotels” and the use-case pages “Restaurant Robots: Waiters on Wheels and Baristas” and hotels.
To be fair, the seller does not describe exactly how "Pro" differs from the standard Pudu BellaBot. So don't assume features that are not in the specification. Ask the distributor for the concrete differences before you pay extra for the higher version.
Worth considering for: restaurants and hotels with longer routes between kitchen and dining room, where waiters lose time on the walk rather than on serving guests. Owners who already know BellaBot and want to check the Pro offer with a distributor. Venues that value a brand with an extensive sales network in Poland (Pudu has several distributors in the country, including dynamicrobots.pl and gastrozona.pl, while the Pro model is listed at RKserwis).
Probably not for: small venues with tight aisles, where the robot will just sit in a corner, and buyers who want to compare offers purely on a published specification, of which there is little for the Pro version. If you would rather start with something simpler and proven, look at PuduBot 2 or at the cheaper Keenon DinerBot T8.
The model is available from a Polish reseller (RKserwis), but we have no reliable source naming a specific restaurant or hotel that uses it, so we don't name anyone. The standard Pudu BellaBot and the competing Keenon DinerBot T8 and Bear Robotics Servi are service robots sold in Poland and used in food service. For an overview of the market, see the category “Service robots”.
The biggest alternative is the standard Pudu BellaBot: same manufacturer, same 40 kg payload and a lower price (listed at 56,205 PLN (≈ EUR 12,880)), just without "Pro" in the name and without the uncertainty about the differences. If budget matters more than brand, the Keenon DinerBot T8 is listed at 27,133 PLN (≈ EUR 6,220), roughly half as much. For venues that need a simpler delivery robot, the Bear Robotics Servi (38,723.24 PLN (≈ EUR 8,870)) is a sensible pick. Anyone who wants a brand backed by a large corporation might consider the LG CLOi ServeBot (69,384 PLN (≈ EUR 15,900)), which is more expensive but comes with a different service channel. Finally, the Pudu HolaBot is an option for those who need more capacity and a sealed body: a 60 kg payload instead of 40 kg.

Pudu Robotics was founded in 2016 in Shenzhen and is now one of the best-known makers of service robots. According to the short company profile, it has sold more than 80,000 units. BellaBot arrived as the flagship delivery robot, and the Pro version is its later, upgraded variant. The exact launch date of the Pro model has not been confirmed, so we don't give one. What is clear is that Pudu is broadening its range: in December 2024 the company unveiled its first full-size bipedal humanoid, the Pudu D9.
