Three trays with a combined capacity of 20 kg, a 10.1-inch touchscreen, and the ability to move through corridors from 55 cm wide: that is how Keenon describes the DinerBot T8, the larger successor to the T5 from the same family. The robot measures 384×468×1111 mm, weighs 34 kg, travels at up to 1.0 m/s and detects obstacles using triple stereo vision.
Keenon gives a battery runtime of "up to 15 hours" (confirmed on keenon.com/en/product/T8 and by a third-party aggregator and dentrealstore.com); some older sales offers gave lower figures, 9 to 12 hours. Prices also differ between sellers: the aggregator listed a range of USD 5,500 to 11,000 in July 2026, depending on configuration, while Dentrealstore separately listed USD 7,000 to 7,500.
Here a value of USD 7,000 is used, or about PLN 27,130 (≈ EUR 6,220) at a rate of 3.8762. The T8's strength is a larger carrying capacity than the T5 and a better-documented specification. Its weakness remains the price discrepancy between sellers and the lack of a confirmed distributor in Poland, although Keenon as a brand operates here through NetVet.pl.
A model suited to restaurants and busier venues that need to carry several dishes at once.

Price and availability in Poland
Offers from US sellers in July 2026 between USD 5,500 and USD 11,000 depending on configuration; Dentrealstore separately lists USD 7,000 to 7,500 for the T8 (the T5 at USD 10,000)
Running and deployment costs
T8 prices diverge sharply. The aggregator listed a range of USD 5,500 to 11,000 in July 2026, depending on configuration, while Dentrealstore separately lists USD 7,000 to 7,500. We used USD 7,000, or about PLN 27,130 (≈ EUR 6,220) at the 3.8762 rate of 1 October 2026. Those are US prices. In Poland, an offer linked to NetVet.pl on Ceneo is PLN 55,348.77 (≈ EUR 12,680), more than twice as much. Edikson.com has only an add-on item for PLN 560 (≈ EUR 130) in our catalog, not the price of the robot itself.
As an estimate, besides the robot: mapping the dining room and commissioning, extra trays, a charger or dock, service. Energy is negligible. Staff training takes a few hours. You can work out the value for a venue by comparing the robot's cost with the hours a waiter spends on the kitchen-to-dining-room route.

Applications
What it's for
Three trays with a combined capacity of 20 kg, a 10.1-inch touchscreen and passage through a corridor from 55 cm wide: that is how Keenon describes the DinerBot T8. The robot measures 384×468×1111 mm, weighs 34 kg, travels at up to 1.0 m/s (per the manufacturer's site) and detects obstacles using triple stereo vision. The manufacturer states up to 15 hours of operation on a single charge.
At 38 cm wide, the robot fits where the passage is 55 cm, for example next to a bar. It picks up three dishes from the kitchen at once, drives to the table, the guest takes their portion and taps the screen, and the machine goes back for more. It makes sense where the dining room is regular and flat (restaurants) and in a hotel breakfast restaurant (hotels).
Its sibling from the same series, the Keenon DinerBot T5, has four trays and is heavier (55 kg), but the T8 has better-documented dimensions. The T8 will not clean: that is what the Keenon C30 is for. A general overview of food-service robots is in “Service Robots in Restaurants and Hotels”.
Typical applications
Who it's for
Yes: for restaurants and busier venues that need to carry several dishes at once, have narrow passages (from 55 cm) and want to enter automation more cheaply than with a larger Pudu robot. Yes as well for owners who prefer a model with a more fully documented specification.
No: for venues where everything happens on several levels or on stairs, for dining rooms with densely packed chairs and a child on every route, and for those who expect order and bill handling: the robot is above all a "cart with trays". Not for those who take one site's price as gospel: offers range from USD 5,500 to 11,000, and Polish prices are higher.
Deployments
Commercial availability, however, is confirmed: we have offers from edikson.com and netvet.pl, and the Keenon brand operates in Poland through NetVet.pl.
In the waiter-robot category in Poland, the best-documented sales network is Pudu's: the BellaBot is available through sebotics.com, gastrozona.pl and machinesforyou.pl, among others. The full overview: service robots; manufacturer: Keenon Robotics.
Comparison
Keenon DinerBot T5: a sibling from the same family, with four trays and a weight of 55 kg; prices in Polish offers PLN 35,900 (≈ EUR 8,230) to 61,498.77, so it is rarely cheaper.
Pudu BellaBot: larger: 129 cm, 55 kg and a 40 kg payload. Choose it when the dining room is busy and you need more trays; it costs about PLN 56,205 (≈ EUR 12,880).
Pudu BellaBot Pro: the Pro version with a 40 kg payload, about PLN 54,900 (≈ EUR 12,580) in our catalog.
PuduBot 2: lighter (39 kg) and cheaper (about PLN 42,927 (≈ EUR 9,840)), available through positivemachines.pl.
Pudu HolaBot: for large dining rooms and hotels: 60 kg payload and a declared 24 hours of operation.

History
The T8 belongs to the DinerBot family from Keenon Robotics of Shanghai, alongside the T5. There is no launch date, and the battery runtime from the older 9 to 12 hours to "up to 15 hours" (confirmed on keenon.com and by a third-party aggregator and Dentrealstore). This shows that data in sales offers can be out of date, so it is always worth going to the manufacturer's datasheet (“How to Read a Robot Datasheet”).
