A comparison of the Bear Robotics Servi and the Pudu BellaBot. Both carry dishes from the kitchen to the dining room, last up to 12 hours on the battery and collect dirty plates. The difference lies in price, in size, and in who will sell such a robot in Poland and look after it once it is bought. So we set the models from Bear Robotics and Pudu Robotics side by side in numbers; the wider context of the category is covered in “Service Robots in Restaurants and Hotels”.

Design and specifications
Speed and runtime are identical: 1.2 m/s and up to 12 hours. Everything else sets the robots clearly apart. The Servi is 105 cm tall and weighs 33 kg; the BellaBot is 129 cm and 55 kg, so 24 cm taller and 22 kg heavier. Payload is 30 and 40 kg respectively. The Servi carries food on two stabilised trays 40 cm in diameter and has a detachable bin for used dishes, while the BellaBot has four trays, which means more plates per run.
The Servi relies on LiDAR and a camera; the BellaBot pairs LiDAR with an RGB-D camera (up to 5,400 obstacle scans a minute, according to the maker). The Servi holds NSF certification and works at Denny's, among others, and in a pilot at 61 Chili's restaurants. Lower weight is usually an advantage in a cramped venue, but passability depends on body width, which the manufacturers do not state in the material available. Measure your own corridors and check the dimensions in the datasheet (“How to Read a Robot Datasheet”).
Price and availability in Poland
The Servi is cheaper to buy: RobotLAB lists USD 9,990, or about PLN 38,720 (≈ EUR 8,870) at the rate of 3.8762 on 1 October 2026. The same distributor sells the BellaBot for USD 14,500 (about PLN 56,205 (≈ EUR 12,880)), almost 45 percent more. Per kilogram of payload the figure is USD 333 for the Servi and USD 362.50 for the BellaBot, so the gap is smaller than the price per unit suggests.
Subscriptions look alike: the BellaBot at USD 409 a month on 36 months (RobotLAB), the Servi at USD 399 (restauranttools.ai, where USD 999 is a historical 2021 rate). The sources differ, so this does not prove equal offers. Total cost is calculated as in “Humanoid Robot TCO: How to Calculate Total Cost”.
In Poland the BellaBot is offered by sebotics.com, sas24.pl, rkserwis.com, gastrozona.pl and machinesforyou.pl, but without public prices; press estimates (zwiadowca.pl) of PLN 45,000–70,000 (≈ EUR 10,310–16,040) net are not manufacturer prices. For the Servi no Polish distributor has been confirmed. The robotisation tax relief covers industrial robots, so a restaurant should not count on it without advice from a tax adviser (“Poland's Robotization Tax Relief”).
Which model for which job
In a restaurant (restaurants) with one dining room and a narrow passage, the smaller Servi is enough for serving dishes and clearing plates. In a large venue, at a banquet or in a hotel restaurant (hotels), the BellaBot has the edge: four trays and 40 kg of payload cut the number of runs when the room is full. After-sales service matters too, because a serving robot works every day; here the BellaBot has documented backing in Poland and the Servi does not. Among other models in this class, the Keenon DinerBot T8 and the lighter Pudu KettyBot Pro are worth knowing; the whole segment is covered in the category “Service robots”.
Conclusion
Servi has the lower base purchase price, USD 9,990 versus USD 14,500 for BellaBot, but it is shorter (105 cm versus 129 cm) and has a lower payload (30 kg versus 40 kg). Both have the same battery life of 12 hours and a similar speed of 1.2 m/s. Sources give conflicting prices for Servi: RobotLAB lists USD 9,990, while another platform (restauranttools.ai) gives USD 11,990 to start or leasing from USD 999 a month and RaaS (robot-as-a-service) from USD 293. The discrepancy has not been clearly explained. BellaBot has confirmed, broader distribution in Poland through several foodservice distributors; for Servi, no Polish sales channel is confirmed. Both robots handle serving food and clearing dishes in restaurants and hotels. For a venue on a tight budget, Servi is the cheaper purchase option, but without the confirmed local availability that BellaBot has.
Buying in Poland and need service? Choose the BellaBot: it costs more, but it has a higher payload and five sellers. A small restaurant on a tight budget may find the Servi a cheaper way in, provided it accepts importing and sorting out warranty and spare parts on its own. A hotel with a large breakfast room should go for the BellaBot. Anyone only testing the idea should start with a subscription; the monthly rates of the two robots are similar, so availability and service will decide, not price. We have not tested these robots ourselves; the comparison rests on data from manufacturers and distributors.
