USD 10,000, or about PLN 38,800 (≈ EUR 8,890) at a rate of 3.8762 (as of 1 October 2026): that is what the US shop Dentrealstore lists for the Keenon DinerBot T5, a compact food-serving robot for restaurants. The manufacturer equipped it with a dedicated mapping system for safe unattended operation, detection of moving objects and collision protection.
The same Dentrealstore page also gives detailed data: weight 55 kg, payload 20 kg across 4 trays, speed 1.2 m/s, and a 48V/12Ah battery giving 12 to 15 hours of operation. That brings the T5 close to the larger DinerBot T8 from the same catalog, for which the dimensions (111 cm, 34 kg), tray payload (20 kg) and battery runtime (up to 15 hours) are known.
The T5's strength is a lower entry price than the T8 (USD 7,000 to 11,000 in various offers); its weakness is the price discrepancy between sellers. Keenon as a brand is represented in Poland by NetVet.pl (Keenon delivery robots).
A robot worth considering for small and medium-sized food-service venues looking for a cheaper entry into service automation, provided the buyer asks the manufacturer for the missing parameters before purchase.

Running and deployment costs
The price spread here is unusually wide, so we give all three figures we found. Dentrealstore, a US shop, lists USD 10,000, or about PLN 38,800 (≈ EUR 8,890) at the rate of 3.8762 (1 October 2026). Edikson.com offers the T5 for PLN 35,900 (≈ EUR 8,230). An offer linked to NetVet.pl on Ceneo comes to PLN 61,498.77 (≈ EUR 14,090). The difference between the lowest and highest amount is about PLN 25,600 (≈ EUR 5,870), so ask for the final price including delivery, tax and deployment.
On top of that come, as an estimate: commissioning with mapping of the dining room, possible extra trays and service. It draws little energy: the battery is 576 Wh. Staff training is usually a few hours. Do the comparison with the cost of a full-time employee on your own numbers: the robot alone does not replace a waiter, it only takes load off them on the route.

Applications
What it's for
The DinerBot T5 is a compact waiter robot. According to the seller Dentrealstore it weighs 55 kg, carries 20 kg on four trays, travels at up to 1.2 m/s and has a 48 V / 12 Ah (576 Wh) battery that lasts 12 to 15 hours. The manufacturer equipped it with a mapping system for unattended operation, detection of moving objects and collision protection.
A robot with four trays takes over part of the route between the kitchen and the table: it brings the dishes while the human stays with the guest. In practice it works where the dining room has straight runs and wide aisles (restaurants, hotels), and lifting the plates off the trays at the table remains the job of the guest or the waiter.
The T5 competes mainly with the model from the same family, the Keenon DinerBot T8, and with competition from Pudu, which we discuss in “Service Robots in Restaurants and Hotels”. We found neither the height nor the width of the T5; before buying, check the aisle widths in your venue against the datasheet (“How to Read a Robot Datasheet”).
Typical applications
Who it's for
Yes: for small and medium-sized food-service venues that want a robot to deliver dishes and have enough room for routes, provided the buyer asks the manufacturer for the missing parameters before deciding. Yes as well for hotels with a breakfast restaurant, where the route is repetitive.
No: for venues with narrow, winding passages and stairs, for kitchens with no separation from the dining room, and for anyone who plans to calculate payback from a single price. T5 prices in the sources differ by tens of thousands of zloty (see the costs section), and some of the specification is undisclosed. Not for those who want a cleaning robot: that is what the Keenon C30 is for.
Deployments
What we do have are confirmed sales offers: the T5 is offered by edikson.com and netvet.pl, so you can buy it, but we found no references from specific restaurants. The technical data comes from a seller, not from a manufacturer datasheet.
What is documented in the waiter-robot category are the Pudu distributor networks (sebotics.com, gastrozona.pl, rkserwis.com and others). The lineup is in service robots, and a general overview in “Service Robots in Restaurants and Hotels”.
Comparison
Keenon DinerBot T8: from the same family and better documented: 111 cm tall, 34 kg, three trays with a combined capacity of 20 kg, up to 15 hours of operation. In Polish offers it is sometimes cheaper than the T5.
Pudu BellaBot: larger and stronger: 40 kg payload, 129 cm tall, sold in Poland by several distributors, including sebotics.com and gastrozona.pl; price about PLN 56,205 (≈ EUR 12,880).
PuduBot 2: lighter (39 kg), 40 kg payload, about PLN 42,927 (≈ EUR 9,840) in our catalog, offered by positivemachines.pl.
Pudu HolaBot: for large dining rooms: 60 kg payload and a declared 24 hours of operation, about PLN 55,500 (≈ EUR 12,720).

History
Keenon Robotics is headquartered in Shanghai and is one of the makers of delivery robots present in Polish food service. The launch date of the T5 is not documented. What we know is that the T5 is a model in the DinerBot series, alongside the T8, which shows how poorly documented this product is. In Poland the brand is represented by netvet.pl, and the T5 itself appears in the offers of edikson.com and netvet.pl.
