Service Robot Ranking 2026 for Poland: Waiter, Delivery and Cleaning Robots
Service robots are a broad group: from waiters and delivery robots, through cleaning robots, to reception and social robots. In Poland what you can realistically buy or rent today is mainly robot waiters and delivery robots (Pudu, Keenon) and cleaning robots (the Pudu CC1), which is why they make up this ranking.

Pudu BellaBot
82/ 100 ptsBellaBot is the robot waiter best established on the Polish market: five sellers offer it (including sebotics.com, sas24.pl, rkserwis.com, gastrozona.pl and machinesforyou.pl). Four trays carry 40 kg in total, the robot is 129 cm tall, moves at up to 1.2 m/s and runs for up to 12 hours, with navigation by LiDAR and an RGB-D camera. Polish sellers do not state an open price; the US seller RobotLAB gives a guide: USD 14,500, about PLN 56,205 (≈ EUR 12,860) at a rate of 3.8762. Its 57 kg weight makes work in narrow venues and on stairs harder.

Pudu HolaBot
71/ 100 ptsHolaBot is Pudu's largest delivery robot: four trays with a total capacity of 120 litres, a payload of up to 60 kg, an IPX5 body that can be washed with water, and a swappable battery for 10-24 hours of work. In Poland rkserwis.com offers it for PLN 55,500 (≈ EUR 12,700) gross (PLN 45,121.95 (≈ EUR 10,320) net), openly and at a higher price than the PuduBot 2. It is too big for small cafés, and it has fewer deployments in Poland than the Keenon models.

Pudu BellaBot ProPudu Robotics (Shenzhen Pudu Technology Co., Ltd.) · 54,900 PLN (≈ EUR 12,560)The BellaBot Pro is an upgraded BellaBot with the same payload of up to 40 kg, offered in Poland by RKserwis for PLN 56,200 (≈ EUR 12,860) gross (PLN 44,634.15 (≈ EUR 10,210) net) and in the US by RobotLAB for USD 16,000. The price is therefore open, but the manufacturer does not disclose how the Pro differs from the standard version, and the standard BellaBot is cheaper; that is why the Pro ranks lower despite the higher class in its name.

Keenon DinerBot T8Keenon Robotics · 27,100 PLN* (≈ EUR 6,200)The DinerBot T8 has three trays with a combined payload of 20 kg, a 10.1-inch touchscreen, a weight of 34 kg and up to 15 hours of work; it passes through corridors from 55 cm wide. In Poland it appears with the sellers edikson.com and netvet.pl, but prices diverge widely: from about USD 5,500-11,000 in foreign offers to more than PLN 55,000 (≈ EUR 12,580) at a Polish seller, so few points are given for price transparency.

7
Keenon DinerBot T5Keenon Robotics · 38,800 PLN* (≈ EUR 8,880)
The DinerBot T5 is the older and heavier (55 kg) sibling of the T8: four trays, 20 kg in total, 12-15 hours of work and a speed of up to 1.2 m/s. Bear Robotics ServiBear Robotics · 38,700 PLN* (≈ EUR 8,850)The Servi from California's Bear Robotics has NSF certification, two stabilized trays 40 cm in diameter, a detachable dish bin and up to 12 hours of work. In the US it works in the Denny's chain, among others, and in a pilot in 61 Chili's restaurants; the price starts at about USD 9,990. In Poland there is no confirmed distributor or deployment, so buying means importing and having no local support.

9
Pudu KettyBot ProPudu Robotics (Shenzhen Pudu Technology Co., Ltd.) · 54,300 PLN* (≈ EUR 12,420)The KettyBot Pro is a compact greeting-and-delivery robot (435×450×1120 mm) that carries up to 10 kg on each of three shelves and works for up to 9 hours. In Poland one confirmed distributor, Dynamic Robots, offers it; the price of about PLN 54,300 (≈ EUR 12,420) is a conversion from USD 14,000 (RobotLAB), not a Polish offer. A smaller payload than the BellaBot points it towards greeting guests rather than heavy work in the dining room.

Methodology
Ranking criteria
The score is the sum of the points for each criterion (100 at most). The weights are disclosed.
-
Availability in Poland 30%
Is there a Polish seller or distributor with an offer for this model, and how many; a foreign offer with no Polish channel scores low.
-
Price transparency and level 20%
Is the purchase (or rental) price published in zloty, and if so, do sellers state it consistently.
-
Working parameters 25%
Payload, number of trays or cleaning throughput, battery runtime and speed from manufacturer or seller data.
-
Product maturity 15%
How long the model and brand have been on the market and documented deployments (for example restaurant chains, number of robots in service).
-
Support and service 10%
Whether training, rental, leasing or service at the Polish seller is documented; the more documented forms of support, the higher.
Methodology. Scores add up to 100 across five categories. Availability in Poland (30%) was measured by the number and quality of Polish sellers with an offer on the specific model. Working parameters (25%) come from manufacturer and seller datasheets: payload, number of trays or cleaning throughput, runtime. Price transparency and level (20%) rewards a price stated in zloty and consistent between sellers. Product maturity (15%) takes into account how long the brand has been on the market and documented deployments. Support and service (10%) scores training, rental or leasing named at the seller. Prices converted from dollars are marked as indicative. Only models currently on sale are included (status "on sale"). The points are our editorial assessment based on public data, not a measurement; a difference of a few points is not proof that one model is better than another in a specific venue.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a robot waiter cost in Poland?
Openly priced offers start at about PLN 42.9 thousand (≈ EUR 9,810) gross (PuduBot 2) and reach PLN 55.5 thousand (≈ EUR 12,700) (HolaBot); the BellaBot is about PLN 56 thousand (≈ EUR 12,810) according to a US offer. Keenon prices differ between sellers by tens of thousands of zloty, so ask for a written quote before buying. On top of the robot's price come training, mapping of the venue and any service.
Does a robot waiter replace a waiter?
No. The robots in this ranking carry food from the kitchen to the table and dirty dishes back, but they do not take orders or bills and do not talk to guests about the menu. They relieve staff of the kilometres between kitchen and dining room, while contact with the customer stays with a person.
Buy or rent?
With the PuduBot 2, renting at PLN 990 (≈ EUR 225) net a month matches the purchase price of PLN 42,927 (≈ EUR 9,820) gross after about 43 months (excluding VAT and servicing), so renting pays off for a trial, a season, or when you do not want to tie up capital. For the CC1 cleaning robot, leasing from PLN 785 (≈ EUR 180) net a month is also available. Always compare the terms of the contract, not just the instalment.
Do these robots have service in Poland?
It depends on the seller, not the brand. For Pudu models, training and service are named by, among others, Polish robot sellers, while for Keenon and Bear Robotics you should check who is really responsible for the warranty in Poland. Ask about response time, availability of parts and a replacement robot during repairs.
