Summary

Announced at WAIC on 17 July 2026 together with JD Logistics, the G2 Max is described by AgiBot as a new generation of safety-certified heavy-load embodied robots. It builds on the wheeled AGIBOT G2 and is aimed at heavy material handling and palletising.

Chinese trade reports say the machines are to work around the clock in JD Logistics' Zhilang warehouses in Beijing, Wuhan, Chengdu and the United Kingdom. AgiBot mentions force-controlled arms, a height-adjustable working range and battery swapping to avoid downtime.

That is where the confirmed information ends: the maker has not published height, weight, degrees of freedom, lifting capacity or a sensor list, and as of 20 October 2026 there is no dedicated product page on agibot.com. Figures circulating online largely repeat those of the standard G2 and remain unconfirmed, so the catalogue does not quote them.

With no commercial offer available, the model is listed as a prototype and pricing is on request. Buyers who need heavy manipulation now can look at the bipedal AGIBOT A2-Max, for which AgiBot states a 40 kg handling capacity, or at the documented standard G2 with its 5 kg per arm.
