XPeng, the Chinese electric-car maker, showed its first humanoid on 24 October 2023 at its annual Tech Day. PX5 was a silver-white biped about 1.5 m tall. According to KrASIA's report the team needed only five months to get the machine walking on two legs; at the event it walked indoors and outdoors for more than two hours, kicked a football and rode a scooter.
The same article describes a 7-DoF arm and an 11-DoF hand but does not explicitly tie them to PX5, which is why this catalogue gives no joint count. Weight was never announced, and figures circulating online are unconfirmed. PX5 was never meant for sale; it served as a technology demonstration that a car company could transfer its autonomous-driving skills to robotics.
Its successor is XPeng IRON, unveiled on 8 November 2024 with a height of 1.73 to 1.78 m, a weight of 65 to 70 kg and 76 degrees of freedom, numbers that show how far the two generations are apart. The maker's website no longer has a page for PX5. There is no price; the robot was not and is not offered.
