The Elfin E10 is a mid-range cobot from Han's Robot, a Chinese company and subsidiary of laser equipment maker Han's Laser. The lineup also includes a long-reach variant, the E10-L, with a lower payload of 10 kg but a longer reach of 1300 mm.
The defining trait of the whole Elfin series is a modular, two-joint design with the manufacturer's own gearboxes, motors and drives, which is meant to lower production costs compared with cobots built on third-party components. The robot is intended for assembly, packing and welding in industrial settings.
The available sources, however, contain no information on the E10's price or its availability in Poland, which sets it apart from cobot brands that are better established on the Polish market. The strength is in-house design of the key components, which keeps costs down; the weakness is a complete lack of confirmed price and market data for Poland.

Running and deployment costs
There is no E10 price. The manufacturer publishes no price list, and aggregator sites give no figures. So we do not put down an amount by eye.
The only honest thing we can do is give reference points for the class: the UR10e costs PLN 159,645.00 (≈ EUR 36,580 at NBP rate 4.3641 of 21 October 2026) in our catalog. As a rough estimate, a Chinese cobot with a similar payload should be cheaper than a European brand (Han's Robot positions the Elfin series as a lower-cost alternative to UR), but the size of the discount is not documented. On top of the arm price, add the gripper, safeguarding, workstation, programming and operator training; in practice the cost of the whole cell is often several times the cost of the arm (the purchase steps are covered in “How to Buy a Cobot Step by Step”).
Poland's robotization tax relief (ulga na robotyzację, “Poland's Robotization Tax Relief”) lets you deduct an additional 50% of eligible costs; 2026 is the last year under the current law, and on 29 September 2026 the Council of Ministers adopted a draft act extending the relief by another 10 tax years, so check the status with an advisor before buying.

Applications
What it's for
The Elfin E10 was built for repetitive tasks that still demand precision. It is a cobot (collaborative robot) with a 12 kg payload, six axes and a 1000 mm reach. The manufacturer names three areas: assembly, packing and welding in industrial applications (factories).
Assembly is the most common scenario: the robot feeds a part under a press or tightens screws at a station where a person works alongside. Packing means arranging products in cartons, moving them to a conveyor, stacking them on a pallet. Welding is where the E10 carries a torch or head while the operator checks the quality of the seam. The arm weighs 43 kg, so it can be moved between stations on a cart or a stand, an advantage in companies running small batches.
The E10-L variant, according to the manufacturer's description, has a longer reach (1300 mm) with a slightly lower payload (10 kg). Different sources give slightly different values for the E10, so check the datasheet before ordering (“How to Read a Robot Datasheet”).
The defining trait of the whole Elfin series is a modular, two-joint design with its own gearboxes, motors and controllers. For the user this has practical meaning: the manufacturer controls the entire chain, which can potentially lower costs. The basics of working alongside such an arm are explained in “What Is a Cobot and How Does It Differ from an Industrial Robot”, and if you are wondering whether your application calls for a cobot or a classic industrial robot, see “Cobot or Industrial Robot”.
Typical applications
Who it's for
Yes: for manufacturers who want to automate assembly, packing or welding in the mid payload range (10-12 kg) and are looking for an alternative to premium-priced brands. Also for integrators who already work with Han's Robot and know its software, and for companies willing to ask for a quote directly, since there is no public price list.
No: for companies that need a price in zloty and local service today. We found no distributor in Poland and no price list. Not for those who need proven references in the country. Not for applications that need a payload above 12 kg; start with the Han's Robot Elfin E15 or the options listed below. With any cobot, also check the safety requirements described in “Robot Safety Standards”, since tool weight and speed of motion affect the risk assessment.
Deployments
We found neither a Polish Han's Robot distributor nor references from production floors. The manufacturer lists assembly, packing and welding as typical applications but names no customers. What is confirmed in the category? The Universal Robots, FANUC CRX and Doosan families have official distributors in Poland; you will find an overview in the category “Cobots”, and an example of one specific manufacturer in “Doosan Robotics: Cobots from the Korean Maker in Poland”.
Comparison
The 10-15 kg segment is crowded, and most alternatives have official distribution in Poland.
UR12e has a 12.5 kg payload and a 1300 mm reach, and has been the successor to the UR10e since May 2025; available in Poland through elmark.com.pl.
UR10e is the previous generation in the same class; its price in our catalog is PLN 159,645.00 (≈ EUR 36,580), and it is available in Poland through elmark.com.pl. If you value a proven solution with a rich ecosystem, it is worth comparing (“Universal Robots UR5e, UR10e and UR20 Compared”).
FANUC CRX-10iA offers 10 kg of payload and six axes, and has been on the market since 2019; available in Poland through spawalnictwo.pl, price undisclosed.
Doosan M1013 has 10 kg and a 1300 mm reach and is the bestseller of the M series; available in Poland from Transition Technologies-CS. When comparing, look beyond the price of the arm to the availability of service, software and spare parts in Poland, where brands with local distribution have a clear advantage.

History
Han's Robot is a subsidiary of Han's Laser, a laser equipment maker from Shenzhen. We have no launch date for the E10 or a list of its generations, so we do not give them. We do know it is a model from the "middle" of the Elfin family, whose successive sizes, from the E3 to the E15, span payloads from 3 to 15 kg. Characteristic of the whole line is the in-house design of gearboxes and drives, the strategy of a company that does not want to depend on outside component suppliers. Among the variants we know from descriptions is the longer-reach E10-L. The manufacturer's page Han's Robot helps put the cobot market in context.
