Dex5-1
For research-grade manipulation on the Unitree H2 and Unitree G1 (Standard), Unitree offers the Dex5-1. Its five fingers have 20 degrees of freedom, 16 of them active: four in the thumb and three in each other finger, plus sideways spreading of 22 degrees either way.

For research-grade manipulation on the Unitree H2 and Unitree G1, Unitree offers the Dex5-1. Its five fingers have 20 degrees of freedom, 16 of them active: four in the thumb and three in each other finger, plus sideways spreading of 22 degrees either way. High-power-density cup motors inside the hand do the work. The hand weighs 1,100 g and measures 217 by 128 by 72 mm when flat.
Payload depends on orientation, 3.5 kg with the palm facing down and 4.5 kg with the palm facing sideways, and each fingertip delivers 10 N. Touch sensing is dense for this class: 94 pressure sensors in 12 arrays spanning 10 to 2,500 g, backed by precision encoders.
Control runs over USB 2.0 at 1,000 Hz, the supply range is 24 to 60 V, current 0.2 A idle and 4 A peak at 58 V, and the operating range is minus 20 to 60 degrees Celsius. Resellers list a Dex5-1P variant with identical figures and describe it as the tactile version. Unitree publishes no price, so it is on request.
Compared with the newer Dex5-S, the Dex5-1 is heavier but carries tactile arrays as standard.
