ROBOTIS built the AI Worker as a semi-humanoid that learns industrial tasks from human demonstrations, and it ships in two forms. The mobile FFW-SG2 measures 604 by 602 by 1623 mm, weighs 90 kg, has 25 degrees of freedom including six in the driving base, moves at up to 1.5 m/s and draws on a 25 V 80 Ah battery, equal to 2,040 Wh; runtime is not stated.

The stationary FFW-BG2 stands 1607 mm, weighs 85 kg, has 19 degrees of freedom and runs on 1,920 W mains power. Both share two 7-axis arms built from DYNAMIXEL servos: type Y for axes 1 to 6 and the lift, type P for the seventh axis, type X in the head. Reach is 641 mm, the payload 3 kg nominal and 5 kg peak per arm, 6 and 10 kg with both arms.

Standard end effectors are RH-P12-RN two-finger grippers with one degree of freedom; a finger actuator is under development. A Stereolabs ZED Mini in the head and two Intel RealSense D405 cameras on the hands provide vision, two LakiBeam 1 LiDARs with 270-degree coverage and 25 m range plus an IMU handle navigation.

The computer is an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32 GB on Linux and ROS 2; skills come from imitation learning and teleoperation is supported. Buyers are factories, logistics operators and universities. Where the bipedal K0 targets locomotion research, the AI Worker focuses on manipulation. On sale, price on request.
