Reflex Robotics, a US company founded by engineers from Anduril, Amazon and Waymo and backed by Khosla Ventures, is developing the Reflex, a wheeled dual-arm humanoid for repetitive warehouse and factory work. The machine is still a prototype; a second generation was shown in March 2025.
The company website gives no figures at all, so the data below come from a report in the trade magazine Modern Materials Handling on that second generation. The base fits within a square of less than 2 by 2 feet and turns in place, while a telescoping spine lifts the torso from floor level to high shelves. Each arm is rated above 25 pounds and both together above 50 pounds, roughly 22.7 kg.
Grippers are swappable, including three-finger hands with suction. The battery is said to last more than 16 hours. Several RGB cameras sit in the head, and an articulated neck provides a 180-degree field of view. Control currently relies on teleoperation with real-time supervision; AI-based autonomy is still under development. Height, weight and the number of degrees of freedom are not disclosed.
The Robin targets similar jobs but publishes a complete data sheet. Price on request; the maker names no customers.
