Billi grew out of a delivery robot. NEUBILITY, the Korean company whose Neubi delivery vehicles run at more than 150 sites, unveiled this wheeled humanoid on 29 September 2026 in Seoul after teasing it in March. The four-wheel base is derived from Neubi, and on top of it sits a torso that adjusts in height and rotates a full 360 degrees, carrying two arms with fingered hands.
Working payload is specified as under 15 kg, while the cargo bed takes up to 60 kg. Navigation relies on cameras alone; the company deliberately omitted LiDAR and uses its own camera-based spatial and object recognition. Runtime is given as roughly four to six hours depending on the task. Planned duties include material transport, factory work and patrols, down to pressing lift buttons and picking up objects.
A proof of concept with food group CJ CheilJedang is scheduled for the second half of 2026. Height, weight and joint count have not been disclosed, and the price is on request. Compared with the camera-and-LiDAR sensor suite of RoBee R, Billi's vision-only approach is the simpler setup.
