DexForce of Shenzhen builds the W1 Pro (second generation) as the physical half of a simulation-first approach: skills are trained in the company's DexVerse platform and transferred to the robot. The wheeled humanoid measures 682 x 550 x 1,636 mm and offers 34 degrees of freedom, while the lighter W1 Core has 22 and the homepage mentions a full version with up to 40.
Two 7-DoF arms are each rated at 10 kg and can end in the company's own five-finger hand with six active degrees of freedom or in a two-finger gripper. Force control resolves 0.1 N, and the joints are commanded at 1,000 Hz over an EtherCAT ring.
The differential-drive base reaches 1.5 m/s, about 5.4 km/h. A 40 Ah battery, with LiFePO4 chemistry as an option and no voltage stated, is specified for more than eight hours. The head carries a stereo camera with a 6 cm baseline and microsecond synchronisation, joined by two LiDARs, two obstacle cameras and, optionally, wrist RGB-D cameras and a six-axis force sensor.
Computing uses a dual-PC architecture with at least 300 TOPS (the Core gets a single PC with at least 150 TOPS), and a language model handles spoken interaction; teleoperation is supported. The maker does not publish the weight. Intended fields are industrial automation, logistics, inspection and research. The product page leads to a consultation form, so the price is on request.
A comparable wheeled dual-arm platform is the CASBOT W1.
