CASBOT W1

The CASBOT W1 is the wheeled counterpart to the bipedal CASBOT 02 from the same Beijing maker. Instead of legs it rides on a differential-drive chassis with two driven and four supporting wheels, and its torso sits on a lifting column that takes the overall height from 112 to 210 cm, giving the arms a working range from floor level up to about 2.1 m. The platform has 20 degrees of freedom in total, including two 7-DoF arms rated at 5 kg each or 10 kg together.

Standard end effectors are 2-DoF grippers with 15 N of force, which can be exchanged for a dexterous hand or a suction cup. The chassis moves at up to 1.2 m/s. A 48 V, 25 Ah LiFePO4 pack (roughly 1,200 Wh) gives four to five hours of operation according to the data sheet, recharges in two hours and docks automatically.

Sensing comes from four RGB-D cameras at the wrists, chest and head, a binocular camera, a 360-degree LiDAR and a two-microphone array; an industrial PC with an Intel i9 and an RTX 4060 handles computing, while an RK3588 board runs the interaction layer. The maker lists IP68 protection and a weight of 260 kg, supports teleoperation and targets logistics, retail and manufacturing.
