The Liberty SC50 from Danish maker Nilfisk is an autonomous ride-on floor scrubber powered by the BrainOS platform from Brain Corp, the same software that drives many other cleaning robots on the U.S. market.
The machine reaches a working speed of up to 1.055 m/s and runs up to 10 hours on one charge with lithium-ion power; with AGM batteries it can handle up to 55,000 square feet on one cycle, with a theoretical output of almost 21,000 square feet per hour.
An optional UVGI module adds UV-light disinfection, making the machine useful in facilities with heightened hygiene requirements, such as airports and large retail spaces. The manufacturer does not publish a price; cost information requires contacting the sales department.
Compared with other autonomous scrubbers based on BrainOS, such as Tennant or Nobles models on the same technology platform, the Liberty SC50 stands out with its UVGI disinfection option as a differentiator. Its weakness is the lack of an openly stated price and no confirmed presence on the Polish market.

Running and deployment costs
Purchase: the manufacturer does not publish a price; a quote comes only from the sales department. Without data we won't guess a number, but for scale we have hints from the market: similar autonomous scrubbers in our catalog cost from about PLN 121,100 (≈ EUR 27,750) (LionsBot R3 Scrub Pro) to about PLN 207,800 (≈ EUR 47,620) (Gausium Scrubber 50 Pro). A ride-on machine with the UVGI option may fall in that range or above it; that is an estimate, not an offer. On top of the purchase cost come batteries (lithium-ion or AGM), consumables such as brushes, squeegees and chemicals, plus service and possibly a software subscription, if the manufacturer uses one; details have to be confirmed in the offer. Staff training is short, but not zero: someone has to teach the machine its routes and look after it after each shift. Whether an autonomous scrubber qualifies should be assessed by a tax adviser.

Applications
What it's for
The Liberty SC50 is an autonomous scrubber for large, smooth floors that nobody has to ride. It is a ride-on machine, with a seat like classic Nilfisk equipment, but it is driven by Brain Corp's BrainOS platform. The manufacturer quotes a working speed of up to 1.055 m/s and up to 10 hours of runtime on lithium-ion batteries. In the AGM-battery version the machine covers up to 55,000 square feet (about 5,100 m²) in one cycle, and theoretical output reaches almost 21,000 square feet per hour, or about 1,950 m²/h. The manufacturer targets it at retail, logistics and airports. Those are three different worlds. In a big-box store, quiet and cleaning outside customer hours matter. In a warehouse, it's long, straight aisles and certainty that the floor is dry before the shift. At an airport, it's the huge terminal halls where manual scrubbing eats up hours of labor. An optional UVGI module adds UV-light disinfection, so the machine also interests facilities with heightened hygiene requirements. It is not a robot for tight interiors: at the size of a ride-on scrubber, it only makes sense on a large, open surface. See more in service robots and the use cases retail and warehouses.
Typical applications
Who it's for
Who it makes sense for: operators of large facilities that already run a ride-on scrubber and pay an operator on every shift. Retail chains with a standardized cleaning schedule. Airports and logistics centers with wide, predictable routes. The backing matters too: Nilfisk is a Copenhagen-based maker of cleaning equipment, listed on the stock exchange (CPH:NLFSK).
Who it's not for: small shops, offices and restaurants, where smaller robots such as the Pudu CC1 will work better. Not for anyone who needs an openly stated price for a budget, because the manufacturer doesn't publish one. And not for companies that want to buy exclusively in Poland: we have no confirmed presence of the model on the Polish market. Before anyone writes the SC50 into an investment plan, they should ask the supplier about availability and local service.
Deployments
We found no documented use of the Liberty SC50 in Poland in the sources, and the model's presence on the Polish market is not confirmed. The manufacturer points to typical segments: retail, logistics and airports. Autonomous cleaning robots available in Poland, such as the Pudu CC1 (from PLN 73,680 (≈ EUR 16,880), or from PLN 785 (≈ EUR 180) net per month on lease). For a survey of the market, see “Commercial Cleaning Robots in Practice”.
Comparison
There are more and more autonomous scrubbers, and they are worth comparing.
Avidbots Neo 2 is an industrial scrubber cleaning up to 3,900 m²/h, sold on a capex-plus-annual-fee model; in our catalog it is priced at about PLN 193,810 (≈ EUR 44,410), which gives a hard reference point that the SC50 lacks.
Gausium Scrubber 50 Pro costs USD 53,600 (about PLN 207,760 (≈ EUR 47,610)) or USD 1,795 a month on an RaaS (robot-as-a-service) model, a good option if you prefer a subscription to buying.
LionsBot R3 Scrub Pro is cheaper: USD 31,250 (about PLN 121,131 (≈ EUR 27,760)) or USD 869 a month, so it is a variant for less demanding surfaces.
Adlatus CR700 is a German robot for cleaning industrial halls, price on request only. Choose it when it's a production hall you're dealing with, not retail.

History
We have no documented launch date for the Liberty SC50 or a list of generations, so we do not give a year we cannot confirm. We do know the context, though. Nilfisk is a Danish maker of professional cleaning equipment headquartered in Copenhagen. Its robotic line is built on BrainOS, Brain Corp's platform, the same one that drives other autonomous cleaning machines on the U.S. market. It is a hardware-software partnership: Nilfisk supplies the machine and the brand, Brain Corp the "brain." Among cleaning robots that is a common arrangement. See Brain and Nilfisk.
