Dyna Robotics of San Francisco, founded by Lindon Gao, York Yang (formerly of Caper.AI) and Jason Ma (formerly of DeepMind), raised 24 million dollars in a seed round in March 2025, followed by 120 million dollars in a Series A in September 2025 led by CRV, First Round Capital and RoboStrategy, with participation from Salesforce Ventures, Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund, Samsung NEXT and LG Technology Ventures, among others.

Total funding reaches 144 million dollars, and the company's valuation is 600 million dollars. The firm does not build humanoid hardware, but foundation models for physical AGI for robots working in commercial environments, an approach closer to OpenAI or Physical Intelligence than to machine makers. For now there are no concrete, commercially available products and no information about a presence in Europe.
