Saros Z70 is a robot vacuum and mop with OmniGrip, a five-axis folding robotic arm that Roborock presents as the first in a mass-produced robot vacuum (January 2025). The arm has its own camera and LED light and can pick up objects of up to 300 g, such as socks or tissues, before the robot cleans.
The robot is 7.98 cm high, uses LiDAR navigation, a front camera and 22,000 Pa suction, and docks into a station that empties, washes and dries the mop pads. Polish retailer x-kom lists a 6400 mAh battery and about 180 minutes of runtime. Strengths: unique manipulation capability in a consumer product. Limits: very high price, light payload and the arm handles only small, recognised objects.
