The MyoPro 2x is a powered, custom-made arm and hand orthosis from Myomo (Burlington, Massachusetts), launched on 30 April 2025 as the newest version of the MyoPro line. Non-invasive surface EMG sensors on the biceps, triceps and forearm read the user's residual muscle signals, and elbow and grasp motors move with speed proportional to the effort; the device senses but does not stimulate muscles.

Power comes from an interchangeable 36.2 Wh lithium-ion pack that charges in about 3 hours. The elbow motor gives at most 5 lb (2.27 kg) of lifting assistance, the device is rated IP21 and is not waterproof. It is prescription-only, fitted from a cast by certified O&P providers, and Myomo publishes no price. The 2x mainly improves donning and fit.
