With the VB2, Lanxin Robotics of Hangzhou scales its wheeled humanoid concept up for heavier factory and logistics work. Compared with the VersaBot VB-1, the arms gain a seventh joint and the grip load rises from 2 to 5 kg. The robot is taller at 1,700 mm yet slimmer, with a 580 by 480 mm base and a turning diameter of 760 mm that helps in narrow aisles.

Four omnidirectional wheels carry it at up to 1.2 m/s over 35 mm of ground clearance, and the hands work between 0.4 and 2 m above the floor. Navigation uses 3D laser SLAM and a panoramic RGB-D camera; Lanxin also describes a multimodal AI interaction hub and an intelligent energy management that stretches runtime to 4 to 6 hours, roughly double the VB1.

The maker does not disclose weight, total degrees of freedom or battery capacity, and its 2026 company brochure contains no humanoid chapter. Lanxin, whose mobile robots serve Huawei, BYD and CATL and which also has an office in Nagoya, sells the VB2 on request to industrial, logistics and research customers.
