Summary

Repeatability of plus or minus 0.1 mm is a cobot number, and that is exactly the pedigree of the Centaur-G1. Elite Robots, a collaborative-robot maker pursuing a one-brain-many-bodies strategy since 2016, launched this wheeled humanoid on 21 May 2026 in Hangzhou.

Two 7-DoF arms built from cobot-grade joint modules sit on a humanoid torso above an omnidirectional chassis with plus or minus 1 cm navigation accuracy. The platform has 20 degrees of freedom in total, carries 5 kg per arm or 10 kg with both, and offers a working radius of 2,200 mm and a working height of 1,500 mm, with chassis positioning to plus or minus 10 mm.

Force control with a six-axis sensor resolves 0.75 N and 0.05 Nm at 250 Hz. An RGB-D camera in the head, stereo macro cameras at the wrists and a LiDAR provide perception. The 48 V, 40 Ah battery holds 1,920 Wh, yet the maker does not state runtime, speed, height or weight; the 1,500 mm figure is the working height, not the body height.

The software is the Yuanqi Primo embodied-AI platform, formerly ELITE PAI, a VLA with hand-eye-force coordination and 2.5D vision on ROS 2; teleoperation is supported. Target work is precision manufacturing: optical modules, fibre-optic plugging, AI-infrastructure server rooms and lab automation. The prototype was validated in 2025 and the product went on sale in May 2026; price on request.

A comparable force-controlled dual-arm platform on a mobile base is the Flexiv AICO 2.
