Summary

Y4 is a stationary dual-arm robot from Tlibot built for collecting training data for embodied AI. It has neither wheels nor a battery: power comes from the mains through a control cabinet, and the body, 594 x 600 x 1,445 mm, weighs up to 55 kg. The working height is 1,100 mm, roughly a standard bench, and each arm lifts 5 kg.

There is no onboard computer; the maker recommends a customer-supplied x86 PC, for example with an Intel Core i5-1340P and at least 16 GB of RAM, connected through two Ethernet and three USB 3.0 ports. ROS 2 and an API are provided, so research teams can record demonstrations and run their own control policies on the same pair of arms. Degrees of freedom, sensors and gripper type are not published.

The price fields on the product page are empty, so the price is on request. Y4 is the simplest entry point into the Tlibot family: two arms without a chassis, which cuts cost and complexity for labs that only need a fixed workstation. A comparable fixed-torso platform for laboratories is OpenArm 2.0, which likewise pairs two arms on a stationary body.
