Summary

A backflip in the launch video of 21 November 2025 introduced the PHYBOT M1, the full-size humanoid of Beijing startup PHYBOT. The biped stands 172 cm, weighs under 60 kg according to the maker and has 32 degrees of freedom. Its electric joints reached a peak torque of 530 Nm in laboratory testing, with a torque density of 200 Nm/kg and burst power above 10 kW.

Computing combines an NVIDIA Jetson Orin with an Intel Core i7, and runtime is reported at up to 2 hours. Sensors, payload, walking speed and protection class are not published, and the company website offers no readable product information. The M1 is positioned for heavy loads, logistics and embodied-AI testing, which places it between industry and research.

Inspenet reported on 1 January 2026 a target price below 42,000 USD, which is not a manufacturer list price; a market launch was announced but deliveries are not confirmed, so the status stays at prototype. Price on request. The company's smaller model is PHYBOT C1.

Compared with RayNex G3, another Chinese biped with 32 degrees of freedom and similar weight, the M1 leads on joint torque while the G3 documents its payload.
