Summary

The 100th GCS-200 was completed in April 2026 and more than 60 of them work in Ukraine, making it the most widely used heavy demining platform in this catalogue. Global Clearance Solutions AG of Freienbach, Switzerland, founded in 2015, builds the tracked machine around a 179 kW (about 240 hp) diesel with direct drive and automatic load control; the turning circle is about 4 m, gradeability 30 degrees, and radio control reaches 300 m as standard or 1,000 m extended, in line of sight, with protected cameras.

Tools comprise the 2,000 mm T-200 tiller, the 2,100 mm F-200 flail (both to 300 mm depth), the M-200 manipulator with 7.35 m horizontal and 8.02 m vertical reach lifting 650 to 2,000 kg, pallet forks, a dozer blade and a sifting bucket; everything fits a 20-foot container. In CROMAC accreditation tests the machine cleared 1,200 to 1,400 m²/h at 23 to 24 cm depth, and the maker quotes up to 12,000 m² a day.

Users include Ukraine's State Emergency Service DSNS, the State Special Transport Service (two units under an EU package) and the agricultural group Nibulon with BMZ/KfW DEG financing; Ukraine's defence ministry counted 62 machines with 26 more announced, and over 40 million m² have been cleared in 40,000 operating hours.

A Swiss package of 4.6 million CHF covered three systems plus drones, vehicles, training and three years of service – no unit price, so pricing is on request. Weight and dimensions are not published. The Croatian MV-4 is lighter at 6.1 t but works with a narrower 1,800 mm tool.
