Summary

Satellite control via Starlink with a TBS Crossfire backup sets the Volya-E apart from most light front-line robots, which rely on radio alone. ROBONEERS, the Ukrainian maker of the Shablya remote weapon stations, built this wheeled logistics UGV in 2024, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces fielded it the same year.

It carries 200 kg of supplies or a casualty at 12 km/h over 22 km, has 240 mm of ground clearance and an electric drive, and fits on a pickup bed for transport to the front. Empty weight, dimensions and endurance have not been published.

Cameras provide the picture, supplemented by the thermal sight of the Shablya module in the armed configuration: the Volya-E with Shablya MK-19 mounts a remotely operated 40 mm automatic grenade launcher (Mk 19 or AGS-53) with a 2 km reach, and an electronic-warfare version carries a jammer. The base platform is unarmed.

Since 2025 ROBONEERS has been a strategic partner of Germany's ARX Robotics, opening the way for Shablya modules on the GEREON RCS. Pricing is on request. In the 200 kg class the silent D-21 with its 5 km rated control range is the closest rival; the tracked TerMIT carries twice as much.
