The OmniHand 3 is the volume model of AGILINK, the Shanghai company that became independent from AgiBot in January 2026 and continues the line begun with the OmniHand. Ten active and six passive degrees of freedom add up to 16, the motors sit inside the hand, and the whole unit weighs 510 g at 180 x 85 x 38.5 mm.
It lifts 5 kg, opens or closes in a typical 0.5 s and repeats positions to within 0.3 mm according to the October 2026 datasheet. The main step over its predecessor is standard tactile sensing: more than 300 force taxels sit on the fingertips, the palm and the back of the hand with 0.1 N resolution, and an anti-pinch function protects objects.
Interfaces are CAN-FD, RS485 and ROS 2; AGILINK ships a Python and C++ SDK and states compatibility with the Dex-UMI data-collection tool. The hand mounts on AgiBot humanoids and on common robot arms and is aimed at humanoid builders, service robotics, research and education. The AgiBot store listed the OmniHand 3 at 5,360 USD per hand in October 2026 plus 500 to 3,000 USD shipping.
The same store shows slightly different figures for the OmniHand 3, including up to 550 g, over 400 taxels, 5 N finger force and a 1 to 2 kg load, which probably describe another configuration or older data; the AGILINK datasheet is the reference here.
