RY-H2

At 2,499 USD from AIFit Lab in October 2026, the RY-H2 is the budget entry from Ruiyan Intelligent Control in Shenzhen. Six motors inside the hand, described by the maker as ironless brushless units with a linear drive, give six active degrees of freedom; five passive ones bring the joint count to eleven.

The complete hand weighs about 0.6 kg, yet the maker claims 140 N of grasp force, a 10 kg load and a full open-close cycle in 0.4 s. Control blends force and position in a hybrid loop. Sensing covers position and current as standard, and the RY-H2 Tactile variant adds touch sensors. Power input ranges from 24 to 60 V; interfaces are CAN FD, CAN, RS-485 and EtherCAT.

Dimensions and protection class are not published, and the launch date is not confirmed by any maker source. It is the simpler sibling of the sixteen-motor RY-H1. Compared with XHAND1 Lite, another six-motor hand listed by the same retailer, it is lighter and far cheaper, though the XHAND1 Lite publishes repeatability and cycle-life figures that Ruiyan does not.
