The RH56DFX is the volume model on which Inspire Robots built its reputation; the Beijing maker states that its hands lead the market in cumulative shipments. Six motors inside the five-finger hand drive 6 degrees of freedom across 12 joints at 540 g. The thumb delivers 15 N and the other fingertips 10 N, with an output force of 1.5 kg at the thumb and 1 kg at the four fingers; a total payload is not published.

Fingers flex at 260 degrees per second, the thumb at 70 degrees per second. Absolute position sensors and force sensors with 0.5 N resolution report every grasp, and the joints self-lock when power drops. Control runs over RS-485 at 12 to 48 V. The RH56DFXW variant with a two-axis wrist weighs 650 g. No list price exists, so buyers request a quote.

Its faster but weaker sibling is the RH56BFX, while the all-metal RH56F1 adds optional tactile pads. The hand is a frequent choice for humanoid platforms and research rigs.
