BOSHIAC, or Harbin Boshi Automation, is a listed automation company from Harbin that has cooperated strategically with Harbin Institute of Technology since August 2023. The fruit of that cooperation is the dual-form humanoid DexBot shown in December 2025.
In investor replies of July 2026 the company explained that the patents and prototypes belong to Lingbo Robotics, in which BOSHIAC holds no stake, and that the robot is not yet ready for industrial use. BOSHIAC's core business is industrial robots, and its English-language website was unavailable.
