Standing 6 ft 2 in (188 cm) and weighing 180 lb (81.6 kg), Rektile was the second armed humanoid in the REK Deathmatch of 9 October 2026 at REK Arena, San Francisco. Its ‘Predator’ look combines dreadlocks and steel claws cut from AR500 blades of 25 to 50 cm.
Like its opponent, it is driven by a human pilot using a gamepad; REK has not named the pilot or confirmed the base robot, which press reports assume to be an EngineAI T800. The final went against Rektile: after repeated knockdowns by T-REK it lay immobilised on the arena floor.
Whether the same machine fought as ‘The Predator’ in REK’s human-versus-robot evening on 18 September 2026 is unconfirmed. Only one unit exists, the price is on request and the robot is not offered for sale. Despite the damage sustained in the final, the league lists it as active since October 2026.
The bout marked the first time REK humanoids fought with weapons instead of boxing gloves, drawing around 100 spectators.
