Manufacturer
HDT Robotic Systems of Fredericksburg, Virginia, is the robotics arm of HDT Global, a group known for military shelters, tents and power systems. It builds the Hunter WOLF 6x6 hybrid UGV, which the US Army down-selected alongside the Rheinmetall/Textron bid for S-MET Increment II, with eight vehicles for USD 22 million entering evaluation.
The Hunter WOLF carries 1,270 kg over 300 km on airless Michelin Tweel wheels and exports 15 kW of power; the US Marine Corps has tested it since 2022, and the 101st Airborne Division used a version with a 12.7 mm machine gun at JRTC in 2026. Figures come from HDT's Rev. 14 datasheet of January 2026.
