Summary

A Czech plastics and engineering company founded in 1992 is an unusual entrant in military robotics, yet Isolit-Bravo designed the Trail-Blazer in 2023 and donated eight vehicles to Ukraine's 1st Tank Brigade in January 2024, followed by four more. The wheeled logistics and casualty-evacuation UGV carries 350 kg, moves at 4 to 8 km/h, covers 32 km and runs for 8 h per charge.

Its electric drive is almost silent with a low infrared signature, a useful trait when resupplying positions watched by drones. Control is by remote link up to 1 km. Empty weight and dimensions have not been published. The vehicle is unarmed and has no armed variants; a tracked version with mine-clearing equipment is under development. Status is combat use, and pricing is on request since the units were gifts.

Compared with Ukraine's tracked Ardal (250 kg payload) the Czech design carries more, while the German UGV Ziesel is faster at 20 km/h. The Trail-Blazer illustrates how quickly a non-defence manufacturer can deliver usable front-line equipment.
