Team Witch Doctor

Team Witch Doctor of Miami, Florida, is run by medical-device engineers Andrea and Mike Gellatly. Their vertical disc spinner Witch Doctor has competed in BattleBots since 2015, finished as runner-up in 2019 after losing the final to Bite Force, and holds a record of 29 wins, 14 losses and 21 knockouts; in 2026 it reached the semi-finals of the BattleBots Pro League.

The team also includes Paul Grata, Richard Pease, Steven and Katheryn Sharp, Kurtis Wanner, Andrew Rudolph, Brett Heininger and Christian Chiriboga. It runs its own merchandise shop at shop.teamwitchdoctor.com, a common way for US robot-combat teams to fund repairs and parts.
