Segway Robotics operates as part of the Segway-Ninebot group and focuses on delivery robots for indoor and outdoor use. Its portfolio includes the S2, D2 and Loomo Delivery models, which navigate using the company's own VILO-SLAM 2.0 system. Unlike many competitors confined to sidewalks, it also allows integration with elevators and movement between floors of multi-story buildings.

That sets the offering apart from purely sidewalk courier robots such as Starship or Serve Robotics, which do not enter buildings.
