NASA (robotics programme)

NASA is listed as the entity behind the U.S. space agency's general robotics program, with no specific model or detailed description assigned here; the available links are general roundups of humanoid robots, not manufacturer materials.

No founding date is given (as a government agency NASA has existed since 1958, though that fact does not come from the sources assigned here), nor the location of the center, nor the funding structure of any particular robotics project.

More detailed data, including the specific Valkyrie robot, can be found in the entry for the NASA Johnson Space Center Robotics program; that is where to look for hard technical parameters. This general program description should be treated as a reference point for the wider context of NASA's space missions, not as a standalone, complete product card.

NASA nevertheless remains an important reference point for space and humanoid robotics research worldwide.
