Aselsan

Aselsan of Ankara is Turkey's largest defence electronics company, publicly listed and owned by the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation (TSKGV). It makes communications systems, optronics and the SARP remote weapon stations fitted to Turkish unmanned vehicles, including Havelsan's Barkan.

Aselsan's own ground robot is the tracked Kaplan EOD robot with a seven-axis arm, 500 m stand-off control and enough power to tow a car away, shown in 2012 and delivered to the Turkish Gendarmerie in 2020; the National Police uses it as well. The medium Aslan UGV builds on the Kaplan but has no published data.
