For business
Ask about a robot for your business
Describe the task, budget and timing. Our editors review the enquiry and, with your consent, pass it on to companies we think fit the topic. The service is free for you.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. The more specific the description, the easier it is to pick the right company.

Who this form is for
The form is for companies considering a robot deployment — cobots at a production workstation, mobile robots in a warehouse, or a service robot in a restaurant or hotel — that do not yet know whom to approach. Robolupa is an independent catalogue, not a shop: we do not sell robots and we do not carry out deployments. What we can do is pass your enquiry on to companies from our catalogue of integrators and dealers that work on similar tasks.
What happens to your enquiry
We read every enquiry by hand. We check what kind of robot it is about and look in the catalogue for companies that, as far as we know, carry out such deployments. If we find suitable companies, we pass your enquiry on to them, covering what you filled in and only with the consent you gave in the form. If no company fits, we will write to tell you so instead of sending your enquiry to random recipients.
We are still building the integrator catalogue, so we cannot promise that a suitable company exists for every topic. We also give no reply deadline: companies contact you directly, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a company.
How to prepare your enquiry
Integrators usually ask the same questions at first contact. It helps to describe:
- the task the robot is to perform, for example palletising, machine tending, internal transport or serving dishes,
- the place of work: floor area, number of shifts and whether people work nearby,
- the machines and systems the robot has to work with,
- the budget and planned timing — even a rough figure, because they decide which solutions are realistic.
If you are still choosing the class of robot, the articles “What Is a Cobot and How Does It Differ from an Industrial Robot” and “How to Buy a Cobot Step by Step” will help. Possible deductions for deployment costs are covered in “Poland's Robotization Tax Relief”. Examples of tasks are in the applications: “Factories and manufacturing”, warehouses, restaurants and hotels.
Data from the form
We use the data you enter only to handle the enquiry, and we pass it on only to companies chosen by the editors and only with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The Privacy Policy describes in detail which data we store, on what legal basis and for how long.
Frequently asked questions
Does sending an enquiry cost anything?
No. The service is free for you and does not oblige you to buy. We do not currently charge companies for passing on an enquiry either; how the site is funded is described in the document \"How we earn\".
Who will you pass my enquiry to?
Only to companies in our catalogue of integrators and dealers that, as far as we know, carry out this kind of deployment, and only because you ticked the consent box in the form. If no company fits, we will tell you so and will not send your enquiry to anyone.
When will I get a reply?
We do not promise a time. We read enquiries by hand and the companies reply to you directly; we are not a party to the conversation or to any agreement between you and a company.
Can I withdraw my consent or ask for my data to be deleted?
Yes, at any time. Write to the editorial address given in the Privacy Policy; we will delete the data from the enquiry, and if it has already been passed on to a company we will tell that company that you withdrew your consent.
Do I have to give a budget and a timeframe?
They are not mandatory, but they help: the budget range and the timing largely decide which solutions are realistic at all, for example a cobot at one workstation or a larger robotic line.
