WObit is an automation-components maker based in Pniewy, near Poznań, with almost 34 years in business and, in mobile robotics, about 11 years under the MOBOT brand. Its best-known products are the TRANSPORTER models, built for outdoor work at temperatures from -25°C to +50°C and payloads of up to 3,000 kg, which sets them apart from most AMR/AGV robots designed strictly for factory floors.
The company stresses that it is one of the few manufacturers in Europe offering mobile robots able to work in open terrain, not just inside enclosed warehouses. On the Polish market its closest rival is Warsaw-based VersaBox (part of the WDX group), which focuses mainly on indoor logistics in halls; on the European stage the benchmark remains Denmark's MiR.
WObit's strengths are its long experience in industrial automation and its niche in field robots; its weakness is lower international visibility than the Scandinavian AMR leaders. Production and service are based in Poland, so availability and after-sales support in the country are complete.
