WiredLine is a startup from the Rzeszów area, grown out of the Samsung Inkubator Rzeszów program, which instead of a single robot offers a whole Industry 4.0 production line concept. At its heart is the proprietary WiredOS software, meant to enable fully robotic production directly from a CAD design or prototype, without manually programming successive stages.
The goal is to make small-batch production as economical as mass production, in other words to reverse the typical economics of scale. It is a different segment from the mobile robots of WObit or VersaBox, closer to integrating control software with ready-made industrial arms than to building its own hardware.
The strength is an ambitious software-first approach that could lower the entry threshold for small manufacturers; the weakness is that at the current stage there are no confirmed commercial deployments or public technical data. The company operates in Poland, but does not yet have a finished product in regular sale.
